“Over all experience was very good and i would recommend to others. The only reason i couldn't give 5 stars that it is not allowing me to buy additional quantity of rice and simply blocking my purchase process without telling me the exact reason. I have to struggle by trial and error method that which item is not allowed. This process took me so much time and i have to cancel initial shopping cart and then start a fresh one.”

“Very fast shipping, ordering was easy. EU shipping rate was expensive, but I guess it was the Fedex standard rates. The only issue with the order is that some of the packets' contents were completely crushed to the level of being powder ! (curry leaves, cinnamon sticks), and that was clearly before shipping, since the parcel was in good shape and everything was nicely wrapped Otherwise good and easy”

“Variety of package sizes is still limited. Unfortunately we had to order smaller packets in bigger quantity at highr price. It could be changed in future. Otherwise delivery was in time.”

“Delivery was not as promised. We got a delay of one day during our last purchase. No information from the delivery company, why was the delay? We were waiting for the whole day for the delivery, but no communication, as why was it not delivered - not even a SMS or a phone call.”

“I have ordered from spice village twice. Most of the veggies were fresh and other groceries were great too. The order was delivered within two days of placing it. The second order however, took a longer time and hence the freshness of few vegetables were not ok and one coconut was almost dried up by the time it reached me. Everything else is perfect. The website is good, the store is well stocked and it's a great boon for us during these trying covid times that we even have a store which delivers fresh produce outside of Berlin. Thank you spice village :).”
