“I would like to report a very unsatisfying experience with this order: ORDER #48075 The order arrived on the 11th of May and multiple packages were damaged. Most annoyingly the ginger-garlic paste bottle had opened leaking through the whole box and a bag of lentils (which was significantly torn) was all over the bag mixed with the liquid from the ginger garlic paste and took me over 2 hours to clean all the bags. I understand that the delivery is not primarily your responsibility but packing them safely to allow for issues would be considered yours. Extremely disappointed.”

“The Selection at SpiceVillage is better than most of the onlien indian grocery shops in Germany. I have personally visited the store when in Berlin and find that the Quality of products both in store and through delivery is always maintained to good standards. The most impressive thing is that they ensure vegetables are delivered in really good quality even to locations outside Berlin. I have had it delivered to Stuttgart and the quality was good and delivery as promised. They use DHL which is really good because other online stores seem to use DPD (Extemely horrible) and Hermes (not great). The information about delivery is well displayed on the site. Customer Service is Excellent and incase of item replacement or shortage they call you and make sure they send a replacement instead of just an email!!! I only order from here now.”

“It's very nice to see famous indian brands like Aachi ,MTR and it's wide of products . .Frankly, I never seen Aachi brand anywhere. Having a wide range of rice , atta and indian vegetables is another positive side . Kudos to your work !”
