Ordered a jacket in store shipping was supposed to be expedited and 3 days it’s been 9 days and all the store has done has created the shipping label! I will never order from this company again.

Do not waste your time ordering from sport chek online, they are quick to take your order but either never send or take over a month or more, blaming everything but themselves. Worst run online service I have ever dealt with. I am still waiting for Christmas gifts that were ordered early, and don't suppose they will actually ship this year.

Wish if there is any zero stars i can give to them .I order a pair of winter shoes and in this corona time they send me a pair of shoes which is worn by someone and has mud all over . Moreover there return policy are really bad . This is the last time i am ordering from their online store

Ordered a pair of winter boots online in October and waited and waited. There was no way to track the order but said that it had been shipped. Again, waited and waited no order but credit card was charged. I contacted them via email and heard back that they would be looking into it. I received another email that said they were sorry and didn't know what happened but included a coupon code for further ordering (which I WILL NEVER USE or order from them again) and said that they would notify me when they have processed my refund to credit card. It is now the end of November and there is no credit refund to my card. I have emailed yet again to see the status. This is the worst online company experience and I would never ever ever order from them again! Be aware and wary.

I ordered online - big mistake. They use JoeyCo for delivery within Toronto and good luck receiving your package! I have to wait for 15 days before I can even ask for a refund! I could have done curbside pick up. Never ordering online from SportChek again considering I have spent $1000s of dollars there in the past 2 years. Very disappointed.

I ordered something online and when i try to make an account so I can track my order it never sends the email i've tried it on different devices even and nothing works, so I don't know when my package is coming...

Whenever I order something on line it says “processing your order”. Then a couple days later it says “we can’t seem to find your items”. If you don’t have the items don’t advertise them as though you do!

I ordered winter boots for my 2 daughters and they got delivered within 2 days from when I ordered but when I got them there was only one full pair and then a single boot for the other pair. So I am missing 1 boot. I don't understand how do they not check the boxes to make sure it's the right item and to make sure they are both in the box. Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks to find out where that other boot is :( Totally upset and will not order online from Sport Chek again.

Online shopping is the worst at this store. In this day and age how do you have such a horrible inventory management system? You constantly advertise items that are not in stock in the entire province. Fire your digital retail product team and spend money on proper people and systems. You guys won’t survive against the competition for digitally savvy consumers.

It’s about time that we shop somewhere else when this pandemic is over. Sport Chek cannot even answer an email right now. Why is that? Being that personal in store shopping is down, can’t you hire some employees to answer emails? I wanted to know why you have so many mountain bikes listed online but none of them are available in any store for customer pick up. I wanted to know if you could find one of these bikes that you have advertised on your website and ship it to my local Sport Chek for me to pick up? Either you start helping your online customers now or you are going to be losing them in the future.

There was a promo for 30x the rewards. It’s the main reason I made an online purchase for a pair of shorts and a pair of pants. I received an email days later that they didn’t have the shorts, but they had the pants. I then received a second email saying they didn’t have the pants either. I sent an email asking why they would offer products online that they didn’t even have. They never even responded to my email. Terrible customer service!

They never sent the item I purchased and were impossible to get ahold of for a month. I am still waiting for them to get around to refunding me the money I am owed. Customer service is a complete joke when you call you get an automated message that nobody can answer your call at this time and to call back later. Don't bother calling back because it will always be the same message. It takes this company a month to even acknowledge you made a request for a refund. They will then tell you it takes 5 to 7 days which is a total lie. I will never buy another item from this company after this ridiculous experience. Steer clear of any online ordering from Sport Chek spend your money somewhere else where it will be appreciated.

I ordered pants from sportchek. After 10 days when I did not receive my order I called customer service. They said we will contact canada post and you will get an answer after a month. So please wait. In short my money is blocked. Horrible customer service would definitely not recommend any one to order online from sports chek unless you have lots of time in the world to keep giving them calls for the rest of the year.

Order is now 9 days late. They offered to start an investigation which could take up to 3 weeks. My goodness it will be fall before I get the bike I ordered. They simply don't care and are quick to blame the carrier rather than try and resolve in a timely manner. Last time I shop at any of their stores including Canadian Tire.

purchased a 2020 GT Aggressor Comp bike. (649.99 +tax). I have a strong understanding of bikes and maintenance. the bike i received has a good bike frame, however all its attachments are cheap parts and/or defective. I am not sure what they did in terms of service but i had to redo it myself (considering their service, i was not going to take it back to the same location). the disc brakes were dragging, improperly placed and not tuned, I fixed it. The pedals are plastic and cheap in quality. they were not properly installed and one was seized. i fixed it and replaced them with my own metal petals. many of the main areas that require grease or lubricant were dry and not properly serviced. there were even bolts that were not tightened. the front and rear derailleur were out of place and the gears were not tuned. i fixed all that. the chain broke during the first hour of riding. i fixed it myself, and found the 2 reasons why this happened. the chain its self is a cheap standard chain, it is also too large for the bike and was not properly fitted. also the rear derailleur is a cheap defective knockoff, the the inner spring was out (that is not supposed to happen). every location (approx 6) within reason was unable to service my bike. they all made excuses, basically telling me to go to other locations. or making excuses such as "we don't have the part" (your supposed to order the part or get it from another location) also was told it would take months for them to fix it, or they are full, or didn't cover some things like the chain (i do not need the chain replaced for another cheap chain, it is too long and needs to be re-linked shorter) keep in mind i purchased this bike a week ago. this has been by far the most horrible experience i have ever had in regards of customer service. there employees that are not doing their job and making every excuse to not do their job. I can see your not busy, your on your phone searching Instagram and trying to pawn my bike of to another location, and other bike service employees are in the back chilling and chatting also. go to another location, another person doing the same thing. these issues on a $700 bike, if i had bought a cheap $200 china bike from Canadian tire or Walmart, i would not have any of these issues. i am contacting head office tomorrow to see what i can do, i left my bike at a Sport Chek for service because i cannot keep going location to location for the same story, for a bike ive had for a week. the attendant told me it would take 2 months...maybe three. i am beyond upset and frustrated, the warranty needs to be honored, please promptly;; A) Provide full service on the bike and replace the defective pieces professionally. B) (If the bike is defective) Provide a new one which has been fully and professionally serviced. C) Provide a full refund.

Ordered a bike three weeks ago. Website said 5-7 days. Still no bike, no update on shipping. No way of contacting sportchek. Of course they charged my credit card however. I will be charging them back via my credit card and encourage others to do the same. They've had three months to figure out COVID19

SCAMMERS! I ordered $200 worth of rollerblades and they have yet to ship them anywhere. The order status says shipped but ups has not received them yet and I can’t get ahold of anyone! I’ve tried email, on the phone and tried calling Corporate head office! This is crazy!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SPORT CHECK: Bought a pair of shoes from Sport Check, ordered says it was delivered yet there’s nothing on my front step. Customer Service is non existent & emails aren’t answered. No way to claim my money back!
