You can only use two gift cards online at once and they do not combine balances for gift cards through customer service. The people who work at customer service lack in the customer service and intelligence department or is that the company itself? Take your business elsewhere.

I just ordered a series of things online roughly a week ago due to the lockdown and retail stores being closed. I just received my order today and unfortunately there's no receipt or return label instructions whatsoever inside my package. I tried on my items and unfortunately have to return them because I have a long torso and all of these medium sized shirts are too small in length. I called customer service and explained my situation and they stated that due to COVID they aren't including these things inside packaging. Why? This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! All other companies include this so why not Sport Chek? This is actually making a lot more work for the customer to then have to reach out to you and then request an email version. The representative sent me the email but there's then a link inside the email for the return label which he didn't know about or know how to navigate to get to the actual return label. I then asked him if it's free return label and then he said no that I would have to pay for the return out of pocket. For a company/companies NOT offering this especially during these unprecedented times due to COVID and lockdowns and restrictions is unbelievable! I personally will never order online with Sport Chek ever again!!!

Went specially to sports check to encourage a Canadian company. Research the product I wanted, selected the size, then payment...2 days later to get an email that my order was cancel as the product was not available...went through that whole exercise for nothing...what a waste of my time. If a product is not available...take it off your selection...and this is not the first time this happens...but this is last...I’ll shop somewhere else.

"Item only available for in store purchase." Only curbside pickup is allowed though...how am I supposed to purchase the item?

Very poor service. Ordered online for tennis kit including tennis racket, bag , dampener total around 170$. Firstly ,received just half order,in which babolate racket have some issues with the sound since day 1. Remaining order they tried to deliver after 1 month, but not received- they use loomies express for online delivery! Had to call 15 times to retrieve order (to find my status of the order) When tried to call sports check they told me call loomies express, when called loomies express, was told to call sports check again as they cancelled the order. Moreover, they put the note on my account saying, customer not at home(did not received call from deliver,nor my door was knocked). Did not get satisfied answer and after 1.5 month got my half money back in the account.

I really liked Sport Chek's customer service at 75 Gunns Rd, Toronto. The store manager Alex took great pains to help me put my bike into my car. it was not easy as I had a sedan and it was a big bike. Still Alex helped me by pushing the car seats down and found a way to fit the bike in. He saved me the trouble to rent a bigger car to get my bike home. I have always been pleased with the store staff's service and professionalism. Thank you and Keep up the good work.

I was pretty disappointed, they have climbing shoes listed online but I went there and there are none on hand to try on, so I’m not even sure what size to order... kind of annoying.

The said so many horrible things to me the second I walked in that store I was nonstoped sexually harassed by the employees. They also sold the bike I bought. I am very not happy

Worst service!! I ordered 8 boxes of vitamins, 7 of those were akl expired. I returned it and the store helped in placing an order again. Delivery was fast, but all of the 5 boxes I ordered were all expired!!!

went to the new sudbury shopping center about a month ago...left after 15 minutes....no service...went back again today...5 different salespersons passed bu me,some twice,incluging 2 managers...not one asked me if i needed help...walked out again...went to the south end store..wasgreeted by the manager who then diected me to the shoes area,,,there i was approached by a young salesperson...i was out in 5 minutes with a pair of shoes...what a difference...avoid the new sudbury store

completely garbage store, i bought a $1000 bike and the derailer broke when it just fell to the ground, i went to the store to fix it and they said they couldn’t because they didnt have any in stock, and that was last year. they still dont have anything in stock which is stupid because its a sport store and is it really hard to order just one. they made us buy everything and they still say they cant fix it for some bull reason. never buy your bikes here

I bought a golf bag from the Langley BC Sport Chek a few months ago. A side zipper broke, so I took it back to the store. I was assisted by two great employees, Anisna, the cashier, and Devon C.. Devon went above and beyond, assisting in me finding a replacement bag for the same $$ as the one I returned. Both Associates were great .... friendly, cooperative, helpful and professional. They made the whole experience a very positive one. Sport Chek is my retailer of choice for this exact reason.

Wow!!! what a great experience. I bought a golf bag and the zipper broke. I took it back to Sport Chek, and the folks there were EXCELLENT!!!. The two Associates that I interacted with were both extremely friendly, helpful, professional and clearly committed to great customer service. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thanks Devon and Anisna. I hope you are rewarded for the fantastic job you do..

I wrote a Review regarding worst customer service ever after a girl hung up on me and didn’t wanted to solve my issue. I called again and spoke with Mel. I wasn’t rude with her and she understood that how disappointed I am with their service for not getting my shoes on time. She apologized me and successfully resolved the issue. To all the people reading this review, I know if things are not happening the way we want sometimes it is really hard to be patient but try to talk to them nicely. This way they will do whatever it takes to help you & that’s what Mel did with me. She helped me with my issue. This is for you Mel, I really appreciate your help.

Worst customer service. Order a pair of shoes for my fiance, the time I placed the order it showed item will arrive within 3-7 business days. But now I can see it is arriving after 20 days I’ve placed the order. I called them to fix this for me so that I can surprise my fiance with a pair of shoes on his birthday and the girl I was talking to was super rude and said sportcheck can’t do anything & I will have to wait for it and return it when It will arrive. And she said she did left a note for canada post to speed up the process but I know Canada Post does not do that because before calling her I called canada post and they said they can’t help it. I told her that I will stay on call until u get a response back from canada post and without saying anything she put me on a hold. I felt so disrespectful. This is so bad. They should know how to respect their customers who are giving them business
