“I'm a bit disappointed in the communication side of things. I had to ask for updates on delivery timeframes and then again when the camera turned up but not the tripod. Then there has been issues for more than a week in getting the subscription sorted, initially I was told I had to purchase one with my credit card but we had paid for one via invoice. After going back and forth with emails I was told that the subscription had been assigned to my account, but it hadn't. I had to go online to chat with a Veo help person to get it sorted. I realise a shipment of these has come in and there are probably lots of customers to deal with currently but not the greatest customer service I have received. Hopefully smooth sailing from here.”
