“I paid £125 for a pair of trainers , I collected on click and collect , when I opened the pack it had looked like the box had been kicked around the warehouse, doesn’t look good for a Christmas present”

“The men’s jacket that was purchased was absolutely spot on - this was on offer for half price and would highly recommend - my only upset was that I paid extra for next day delivery and it took 3 days to come - so that was unacceptable to me - but still would recommend the quality of the jacket”

“The whole experience has been stressful. Have not received goods and customer service are refusing to take responsibility for this and just keep directing me to the courier service. I have waited over 3 weeks and paid for quick delivery. SD will not chase on my behalf and refuse to give refund. I am not left without Christmas gifts for the family. I will not be shopping with them in the future and will not be recommending them to others. Please be courteous when ordering”
