“Terrible. After waiting a week (which was okay) the parcel arrived. It was really big and I only ordere 1 shirt and socks... I opened it and it was for someone else in France...(I live in Netherlands). It had no relation at all to my order. Now I’m waiting for sports direct to get back to me.. no response yet”

“Absolutely pointless ordering. Was emailed a day after placing my order telling me one item was out of stock. Then received an email the day before my preordered items were due to say they were also out of stock. The first item was then despatched (a pair of baby booties for £4) with a £4.99 delivery charge. Not good value given it was over a month since the order was placed!”

“Absaloute joke! My parcel was dumped outside my door in a high story flat! The parcel was stolen! A week of sending emails and still no contact or resolution! The worst service I have ever received a week before Christmas! I don't have my kids presents and I don't have the money either. Asked for immediate refund but my emails are getting ignored and they are holding on as far as they can! I will be wanting compensation for this! Sports indirect”

“I ordered three pairs of joggers. One pair was what I asked for , the other two were not the size I asked for. I'm not returning them because I chose to buy on line to avoid having to go to the shops or the post office, which I would have to do to send them back.”
