“Bought a boxing bag unfilled and was charged oversize item delivery charge.. when it arrived was like a small package well overpriced for delivery no need for a 2 person delivery charge when it was nit even a 2 person delivery anyway”

“I would be very reticent about using SD online again. I had to contact the helpline over a late/missing delivery, the tracking said package delivered but I was in all day when they said it had been delivered and it wasn’t here. Customer help said check your safe areas around property or check with neighbours but I told them I was disabled but they kept repeating to go look for it? They just don’t hear or understand what you tell them. I explained to them that it was up to them to make sure package is delivered not me as my contract was with them not the courier. Also when the package finally showed up, it was just dumped by front door without them even knocking the door.”

“I ordered some skechers shoes in a size 6.5 and when I got a confirmation e mail within 24 hours it showed they were sending me a size 8. I found it nearly impossible to contact sports direct to let them know they were sending me the wrong size. I went online to see if I could get through to customer services and make sure the size I had actually ordered was sent but found it hard as I was given a list of FAQs none of which asked what happens if you want to change the size of products being sent to you even if it was before the product was despatched.”
