Ordered online 2 items, both were delivered faulty, took them back to my local branch for an exchange and was told I had to send back via post as they were faulty goods, I then had to buy it again instore and carry the faulty items and my new purchases all the way to my car. I was also told I wouldn’t have to pay for postage sending them back as with faulty items, they send through a special returns label. I emailed and sent photos of the faulty item and 4 days later, I’m still awaiting a response. Terrible customer service. Items are faulty and I’d expect a full refund.

Ordered a golf club,hasn’t arrived unable to contact the couriers only automated service.tried to contact sports direct,chat line doesn’t work and will not accept my email for some reason.appalling service.

I ordered a pair of boots in size 9.5. The confirmation immediately came back as 8.5. I contacted sports direct about their mistake via email and was informed that they won’t change orders once placed. So I tried cancelling the order only to be told they won’t cancel an order once placed. Cost me 7.99 in postage for something I knew I’d have to send straight back. Find it hard to think of why they have a customer service department really. Certainly won’t be using again

I placed a order of 2 pairs of trainers for my son , I payed for next day delivery and it took 3 days for this parcel to be apparently delivery I received a email saying it was delivered even though I was in my property and no one knocked on my door and when I went to get the parcel there was nothing there so I spent the next few days chasing this and even after still received nothing so had to get a refund very disappointed with the whole experience

All items are cheap Quailty.... look counterfeit... no size fits correctly and all materials are really poorly made... I orders 2 pairs of shoes and 6 different tshirts... worst Quailty itemsi have ever seen ... Stay well away guys

Really disappointing service. Paid for next day delivery and didn't receive items for 5 days. Requested refund of delivery charge and was refused. Won't be using online service again.

You could not have asked at the worst possible time. I have ordered a retro England top from yourselves & via your website I chose a Large size only to find that you have sent me a small. Not at all happy that I have had to pay for postage & packaging for a mistake at your end that has then cost me. Here I am a week later with no large size item & I am £40 pounds down out of pocket with nothing to show for it. In short this has been a miserable shopping experience. Pull your finger out and send me my goods Also please add a minus option to your star rating, I have a feeling it would be used quite regularly

Shocking. I ordered trainers on a Friday for next day delivery and paid £7.00 (delivery charge). Received email on Saturday to say there was a problem with the order and received a code for free next day delivery on my next order. Trainers arrived on Wednesday. Needless to say, won't be ordering anything from Sports Direct. I'll find an alternative sports shop.
