“Useless as you know what on a bull. Unless you are a one off punter, they will not look after you. Continuous deposit, payout and technical issues. My advice is go with ladbrokes or neds who look after their loyal customers”

“Sportsbet is a bad joke of a bookmaker. If you happen to go on even a tiny winning streak they take away all your bonus bets and power ups and even restrict the type of bets you can play and of course reduce the amount to nonsense numbers.Once upon a time they were one of the best in Oz ..now no doubt one of if not the absolute WORST..shame on them...pathetic company .there's no 'sportsmanship in sportsbet..they just want bonfire 100% constant losers .”

“Don't know what all of these bad reviews are about. Sportsbet is easily one of the top 3 bookmakers in Australia. Obviously people gamble and expect to win all the time, jog on you flogs!”

“Really really bad service and fail where so many others excel. Place a bet $100 more than supposed to in error, tried to cancel before race started and would not help or refund despite me wagering thousands weekly with them. Lost all of my business over $100. Pathetic really but they don’t care”

“I contacted SB via live chat I asked why my son gets a few bet return offers every day and I get none Explanation given was the the promotions team give offers “at their discretion “ I said that it seemed unfair that some customers get these offers and others don’t I have been with them for years and it appears that loyalty is not rewarded “at their discretion “ Not happy at all”

“I use to like this company, however my most recent experience was so bad they just disgust me now. I placed a proposition bet on a highly contested political event in my opinion they resulted my bet as a loss before the entire election process had concluded and before the investigations and legal actions have been exhausted. When I asked them if they could keep the bet open as it was still highly contested the representative didn’t seem to care about what I was saying at all. She just said in an aggressive condescending tone that I could read about their policy on this bet on their web site and that if things change on a certain key date (jan 6) they would consider honouring these bets but until then my bet is resulted as a loss. I especially didn’t like this because they were so quick to pay out a bet for the other political candidate early and made a point of bragging about their decision by posting it for like a day on a banner to see when you open their app. These things bothered me enough to make me want to officially register my dissatisfaction and opinion with a manager. So I requested a call back from a manager to discuss it. I was given a “ticket number” and they never called back I called back a day later and sighted the ticket number and was again told a manager would call the next day. I got no call! In my opinion they just don’t care! I basically stopped using them entirely and now favour a competing business for placing my bets.”

“Sportsbet is a joke. If you deposit funds into their account you cannot withdraw it again without first betting with it (turning it over). If you do not turn it over within six months they keep your money. Even if do turnover the funds and then don't use the account for six months they start charging $10 per month inactive account fee. So basically if Sportsbet don't keep your deposited funds because you haven't bet they blatantly take it anyway after six months. The inactive fee is not disclosed in Sportsbet's terms and conditions either. Once your money goes into Sportsbet's accounts it never comes back out. Do not use this corrupt corporate money taker!!!”

“They don't like losing and withdraw your promotion availability if you have a good run , doesn't matter to them if you've actually lost 8/10 years betting with them . Heard LOTS of similar stories . Why do they offer odds boost or money back 2nd 3rd if they can't handle losing every so often ? Then you have to listen to their adds bragging about these promotions .”

“I am a little concerned from reading so many negative reviews on Sportsbet. Since it is an Aussie betting company, I am willing to give it a go to test my business. I’ve just opened an account for betting on US politics. Give it a 3 stars for now on the easy opening process. I shall come back with my final verdict by Xmas. Good luck SportBet.”

“I opened an account and had one bet a couple of months ago and then they locked my account. I phoned customer service and no answer just we have the right to refuse you. Pathetic customer service and would not recommend an account with them unless you like to give them your money. They don't like people winning.”

“Absoluty rubbish. I went into my account and it said there was an issue with verification so I checked my emails and text messages and had nothing there. I went back to the app and searched settings- and nothing. I went to deposit more money and it didn't let me, I went to WITHDRAW my money, and it didnt let me. I ended up losing money and deleted the app to try again and it did nothing. DO NOT use this app, its a complete scam and I lost my money from this bloody app.”
