Beware of this company! The map I ordered in October arrived damaged. After ignoring multiple emails over several weeks, they gave lip service to making it right. Three months (and more email prompts from me) later, they finally sent a replacement. But the replacement did not have the finish I originally paid for - and it was missing the raised detailing of the previous (damaged) map. Once again, they have ignored multiple emails regarding this over several weeks. Sportsman's Connection lacks quality control, professionalism, and integrity. Buying from them is a gamble, and you may find yourself our $300+.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 hunting items, about an hr later, my son let me know I ordered the wrong ones. I attempted to cancel but customer service representative Mia, refused the cancelation even though the items were still in the their warehouse. My bank account has been debited over $1k until this is corrected. It makes no sense to do business this way. The company will lose the the cost of shipping the wrong items when they could have left them in their warehouse. It's poor decisions like this that reduces profit.

Have you observed him deleting some messages or putting the password on his phone so as you don't have access to it? Has he been experiencing very irritating mood swings every time he comes home? If so, then it's an indication that he must be doing something that is potentially dangerous or he might be cheating on you. If you want to free yourself from doubt without causing chaos in the house, then track his activities. With help of JOSE, I was able to monitor my kids and spy on my partner phone without them knowing. If you feel your spouse is texting or seeing another woman or man and you can quite get a real evidence to clear those doubts and know where you stand in the relationship. SUPPORT@HACKERSPYVILLE.COM

Bought a pair of Keen steel toe work boots. Wore them for 6 months. An eyelet broke (made of plastic) Called customer service. Only have a 90 day return policy. I said wouldn't think $170.00 pair of boots would last longer than 6 months? He said it's just an eyelet. So I would not recommend buying boots from here.

Bought their two tier tool box set. Had it for barley a month before parts started breaking and the cheap particle board started to warp. A literal piece of the lock mechanism fell out just from using the key. Drawer channels were cheaply carved and rough, making opening and closing the drawers a real fight at times. The brackets for the cover door hinges are cheap and break easily. Mind you, all of this has happened with little to no use, or movement of the tool chest. I would never recommend this product, or company, to anyone. I cannot express how absolutely disgusted I am with what I paid versus what I got.

I included photos (I purchased the olive green hat from Sportsman’s Guide) because I wanted possible customers to see how absurd the explanation was for why this vendor didn't pay for return shipping nor exchange this hat. As you can see, I already have 3 sherpa hats and I've had 2 others that aren't in the photos. 30 minutes after I received the hat, I opened and saw how 1) loose fur filled the plastic bag it came in and 2) that any time I touched fur on the hat, it came off. I then contacted this vendor to ask if an exchange can be made and I provided the reason and photos as I was informed on a service chat that the only way I could receive free return shipping was if I could show the product is defective. The email reply from Sportsman’s Guide was that "this looks like there may have been some bad tanning."... BAD TANNING. He also asked if I would like to keep the hat with a $10 returned to me. No, I want a better quality hat. Anyone looking at the photos can see the hat is shedding fur. That was the main reason for including the other hats for comparison. And I've had the black hat for over 2 years. So I sent the hat back, only to see they're charging me for the shipping, which they're taking from the refund. I hate to make the hat look bad in the review because overall, the hats are very good quality. Again, I've purchased 5. It's just this one didn't meet quality expectations and was followed by worse customer service. I will NEVER purchase or advise anyone to purchase anything from this company. They don't hold themselves accountable for the products they send to customers.

Took delivery toay of a maroon N2B flyers parka that took over a month to arrive. I was suspicious because to was only around $70 bucks. I have owned several Alpha parkas and wore them in the Air Force. My Authentic Alpha blue N2B has a poly zipper that operates without snagging on the imitation fur which on this jacket is horrible. The one I got from SG might barely be worth $70 bucks but don't assume it's a genuine Alpha even though the tags appear real. Also the insulation is no where as good as my blue N2B. The insulation in this jacket feels like slabs of cheap poly insulation, The N2B I bought directly from Alpha is soft and supple and has no stiffness to it. The zipper doses not function well as is labelled "Ideal" where my genuine N2B poly zippers are labelled "Alpha". If I don't return it I'll rip off the crappy "fur" and use it to shovel snow or some other project but not wear it out in public. It's really awful but you get what you pay for, My real N2B was almost $200 bucks.

This company does not even deserve one star. I ordered 2 ammo cans from them based on the picture they showed. The pictured showed a pristine looking ammo can with the markings I wanted on it. What I got were 2 ammo cans with no markings, faded paint, rust, dents, dirty, and smelled like dog pooh! No kidding! These cans smelled like they were used to collect dog doo! Take a look at the 2 pictures of their ad and what I got. Of course I contacted them about it and here was their reply: "Thank you for your response. If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact us. Enjoy the Outdoors! Sportsman’s Guide Customer Experience Team" Wasn't that nice of them! When I asked for them to be replace, I got no answer at all. Don't buy from this rip-off company. You never know what you're really going to get and they stand by nothing.
