“I have used Sprinkler Warehouse many times. Always good service and products. This time the products came in a box with no packing material to protect the valves. One was damages. I sent pictures and was told the item would be replaced...I appreciated that. My point is better care should be made in packaging.”

I did forward over the pics to them and reviewed our policies regarding adding the proper amount of packing in our shipments. “I orders 30 sprinkler Donuts....about twice the price is lowes and home,depot...but they were all out...of course, I had a few,broken....they we absolutely made of gypsum...plaster of Paris...which is used for indoor and decorative work....I sent detailed discussion to sprinkler supply store...but no answer.”

Hi Marue - thanks for the review! I'll be reaching out privately to get this resolved for you ASAP. Please note that it looks like you may have actually reached out to Holland Hats based on the picture you attached and the fact that I couldn't locate any emails from you, only an after hours phone call with no voicemail. The donuts are a low grade concrete - gypsum is a part of the mix used to create concrete - and meant for outdoor use. We'll be happy to either replace or issue a refund for any broken items in the shipment.

“It was fantastic that I could text my question, along with photos, and get an answer within an hour or so! I was told exactly what replacement valve to order....and that I only needed to replace the "top" of my old valve. Everything installed easily. My first time doing this, but there are 9 more valves in my yard, and all 32 years old, so I know I'll be ordering again! Thank you. I saved about $300 dollars doing this repair myself :-)”

“Needed a replacement for my old Hunter Pro-C which died. Was disappointed that I couldn't find any Hunter replacement, here in Tucson! Found SSS online and asked about the P2C series as a replacement. Their response was quick and the news was great: it would be a perfect replacement. Ordered it and received it within three days! Mounted and installed this today. PERFECT!! Customer service was outstanding, offering all kinds of assistance and answering all of my questions to satisfaction. Can't recommend this company enough for irrigation needs. Thanks guys!”
