Unfortunately we have not received call from you stating that you had a problem. I note that you have the voice activated model of the GSM Wall Socket. The fact that the line is engaged may be due to the fact that the device is trying to call you rather than there being a problem. We certainly have not given the number to anybody else. Thanks for submitting a review, although it would seem that you have used a review opportunity from a previous order to submit a review on the current order that was placed 3 days ago. Because this is an International order (Africa) and you have requested a courier that we do not hold an account with, this has delayed the despatch slightly. In fairness, although we always aim to despatch as soon as possible, we actually cannot guarantee any specific delivery time because this part of the service is handled by the courier.
