Will NOT respond, will NOT honor their return policy. I really wish I would have seen these reviews before hand because now I’m stuck with a dress that is nothing like the picture. It’s fuzzy and the sequins are barely sparkly. It’s terrible, ordered a normal size and they are saying that I ordered a custom size. Lies, lies, LIES!! They should be shut down!!

The dress looked nothing like pictured. The fabric looked like a fuzzy blanket with sequins sewed on to it.

This company lies. It does not adhere to it's T&C . I ordered a wedding dress, which I was assured I could return, if it didn't fit properly. I had to send photos to prove the fit was bad. They then offered me £15 refund, stating I could keep the dress and re-sell it!! it is not my policy to sell their dress..... They now have made no contact with me at all despite all my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT

If I could give zero stars I would! This company should be avoided at all cost. They are a complete scam and will not provide returns slips or information on how to return items that don't fit. Despite the return information on their website, they absolutely WILL NOT accept returns and they don't have a customer service team available to talk to. Please save yourself the hassle and don't buy from this supplier.

This company and their customer service is truly disgusting. How they are still able to trade is beyond me. My sister bought our bridesmaid dresses on here. They look nothing like the photo and we have been fighting for some sort of response for weeks now. All they keep saying is they can’t accept the return which baffles me when it was a standard order. It’s clear from reading other reviews they clear email back off a script with no thought or feeling of how the customer will be. Hopefully people who read these messages will avoid at all costs.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter to try on and neither fit to her satisfaction. I not only read the refund policy but made sure it was fine to return via email and they said yes. I asked for a refund and the customer service has been terrible. They take days to get back to me with a short sentence reply asking me for something else. I am still waiting. I would not recommend ordering anything from this site unless you are 100% sure you are keeping it. In the prom dress world that is hard to do.

Appalling company. I ordered my wedding dress and I was told that it would be with my on 25 March and I have contacted them and given them additional time and told them I have a dress fitting and will be charged if the dress is not here. They assured me it would be here by 6th April and it wasn’t so i have lost out on an additional £75 because of them. The dress showed up today while I was talking to them and they have just been rude and dismissive of the fact that this is my wedding dress and I get married in 5 days and do not have time to alter or get another fitting. The customer service is non existent and I would not be seen dead in one of their dresses right now. I was told I would be refunded if the dress did not arrive by 6th and sure enough they refuse to refund. I am very angry and upset and this is stressing me out before my wedding. If you do order from them, do not expect them to meet their own time frames and do not expect any form of decent customer service. I will never use them again.

The dress quality totally met my expectations however even though I ordered based on my size it wasn’t a good fit. It was too tight in some spots and too big in others. They claim to offer hassle free returns but that is a complete lie. I have been receiving the runaround for a long time and I finally accepted their offer to keep the dress and buy another one of similar value for a very reduced price. I sent back the choice I had made requesting what the next steps are and after several follow-ups from my end…. Nothing. Stacees need to understand that there are many online options to buy with legitimate hassle free returns. People are buying for special events and naturally we want it to be as perfect as possible. Times like this can be stressful enough without the added anxiety caused by a deceitful online merchant. I am giving Stacees the opportunity to make this right. I will wait to hear from you.

Do not order from here!!!! I bought a dress for my wedding reception and paid extra to have it expedited. They said it would arrive April 8th (tomorrow). I even contacted customer service the day of my order to 100% confirm that timeframe, they said it is exact and not an estimate. I now see it hasn’t even shipped yet. Contacted customer service and they were absolutely useless, just saying it’s still in production and it’s delayed. Contacting my bank for a refund now, wish I hadn’t ordered from this awful company.

This company is a scam do not order from them, they wont accept your items for a refund even if you're within their policy. I ordered white dresses in standard sizes and these didn't fit the girls even though they match the measurements within their size guidelines. The colour also was BLUE tinted not white. They take over 24 hours to reply and refuse to refund , its like they divert the questions and avoid a refund. I was concerned when ordering and pre sales reassured me that I would get a refund for the dresses I didnt like... absolute CON please avoid.

If anyone is considering buying from these I wouldn’t bother. I checked with them before ordering what their returns policy was. I was informed that as long as I ordered a standard size returning wouldn’t be a problem. I chose to order two dresses knowing I could return one. After a month of waiting for delivery the dresses arrived. Then the fun and games began. They are now refusing to refund me for the dress I want to return. Only offering 70% and their maths 70% of £110 is £45 🤷‍♂️. I do have an email that confirms what I’m saying with regards to the return’s policy pre purchase.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's school prom, which was miss sized when it came and my floor was full of blue glitter, by reading the reviews I can already sense that this company is a scam company and to add to this I will not be making any further payments as you seem to be avoiding letting me return the dress as you don't wish to refund me I wasn't even given notification this dress was even delivered it was found in my front garden the service has been poor. It seems to be impossible to return an item even though the policy says standard sized items can be returned - I have a standard size dress that does not fit no problem with quality of article but all I get is suggestions to sell and get another at reduced price and the response has been difficult to understand as it is obviously not someone whose first language is English as text makes little sense - I would not recommend you buy from stacee’s unless you 100% sure the item will fit quality let down by poor customer service

My birthday is February 29th I ordered a dress and I paid the extra to have it shipped on time for my 40th birthday photo shoot I only get a birthday every 4 years and I wanted to make it special since it was my 40th well dress never came in I got the tracking number and it says it was delivered to the original sender I contacted them never got my money back or the dress the tracking number still says it’s in LA ! These people are shady

THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR STATED RETURN POLICY! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM NOW OUT $200 AND STUCK WITH A DRESS THAT I WOULDN'T EVEN WANT TO ATTEMPT TO RESELL (AS THEY SUGGESTED). From Stacees: "Thank you very much for supporting us and purchasing dress from our site. We usually collect a part of shipping fee when the customer ordering. That's say, the actual shipping fee is higher than the fee you paid. What's more, we also enjoy the discounted price of cooperating with express companies. If you returned, the shipping fee is higher, about $30 I guess. If any problems on the way, you will lose the cost of the dress. One of our customer indeed encountered this, so we can't suggest you to take the risk. Still hope you can consider our direct refund and we try to solve this standing your view. So how about this, we refund you $30 directly and you can keep the dress for resale. This way can let you recover the cost and also needn't take extra risk and time. Could you accept?" Tip for consumers: DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID Products used: None - stuck with $200 dress that is defective. They will not honor their posted return policy

Daughter bought Dress for her prom in June. Dress did not fit, company. Dress cost £120 refund offered is £30 plus another £30 if I take down this review. Appalling customer service...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would not even give them one star. PLEASE don’t buy from this company. I paid over £100 for a two piece suit. The top fitted, the bottoms were enormous. Immediately went on line to start the return. They are trying every which way to avoid me returning the suit.
