AVOID AT ALL COSTS. out of 3 dresses not one was made to the measurements stated on website or on certificates. Offered to remake for another £245!! Total disgrace. Zero refund policy which is not stated on website. Don’t know where to start with the customer service, was nothing short of shocking, one person in particular Terry was so patronising and rude. This website should not be still running taking people’s hard earned money!!!!

Exactly the same as everyone on here. I gave specific measurements and it didnt fit. They asked for proof on photos which I sent them and then tried to blame me! I am reporting to watch dog and trading standards, how they are still running I do not know! They won't let me return the dress even though all their measurements were wrong. Terrible customer service! STAY AWAY!

Do not order from this website, this company refuse to refund your purchase no matter how much information/photos you provide them with. Absolute joke of a website!! Photos of dress on website were completely different to the dress I received.

Terribly disappointing experience. I paid about 179 pounds for a mother-of-the-bride dress. It was so horribly disproportionate - the shoulder straps were 4 inches above my shoulders, the shoulder width was way too broad, and the sleeves were so long they covered half my hands! Not only could I not wear this dress for my son’s wedding, I also wasted hours and days seeking a resolution to the problem via email, only to realize finally that the company’s “full refund” policy was a hoax. As “compensation”, they had the audacity to ask me to pay another 100 pounds to get the same dress tailored again. (By now, this dress and most of their dresses in this category were re-priced in their website at below 100 pounds, so even if I had wanted to risk losing more money, the compensation didn’t make sense.) After a series of frustrating, demeaning and futile emails, I was offered 15 pounds‘ compensation. I informed them that it would cost at least 40 pounds to have the dress altered in my country. It was then that Stacee’s pulled out their trump card. I was asked to provide photographs of the dress again to prove my case. There was no explanation of why the photos I had sent them earlier were not adequate. Before I could send them the new set of photos, they re-sent me their dress-check report and glibly pronounced via email that the mismatch in measurements (the ones I gave them when ordering the dress vs the wrong measurements of the delivered dress) was minor and I would not get compensation. I had wasted money and time. By now, I had lost hope. I resolved the matter myself by getting the dress altered. It cost me 52 pounds to do so, not counting time loss and transport cost. I have read reviews which warn of this being a China-based company. I am doubtful about this, as the online vendors from China that I have ordered from are far more professional than Stacee’s. I took time to write this review so that others may be spared from this terrible experience.

I actually give the company ZERO starts. I don't recommend anyone to buy from them. I ordered 2 dresses (same style; different colors) for my son's wedding. Ordering a standard size - was not labeled as custom. The dresses were too large in the top and I didn't like the heaviness of the fabric. I contacted the returns dept the same day I received them to process return. I have gotten nothing but the "runaround" from Stacees; they refuse to process my returns stating the dresses were custom and since there is no damage they can't be returned and I should just "sell them or give them away". I am now out $250 and still have no dress for the wedding. Their return policy clearly states that, yes, returns if damaged, but also "if you are not happy with your purchase". I'm pretty sure because they have been slow to communicate with, I will be out of the 14 day window that allows returns and they will use that as a reason. So disappointed and very irritated. DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES!

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Two of the dresses do not fit, I sent pictures proving this. They then said I couldn’t return them and have offered no help to return them. I have been told if I return them I will only get 70% of my money back and will have to pay £40 shipping! Not the stress you need when already going through the stress of organising a wedding. Seriously avoid at all costs! Scam company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm getting married next year and I was looking online for bridesmaid dresses. I searched for bridesmaid dresses UK and Stacee's came up, so I looked through the website and found a dress I liked. I had a look on the Facebook page and it had good reviews so messaged the company to check if they accepted refunds as stated on the website. I had a conversation with someone and she said I could get a refund 30 days up to receiving the dress, so I ordered it. After this I started seeing negative reviews on the Facebook page so I messaged some of the woman. They explained the dresses they had ordered arrived later than the delivery date they were told, they were poorly made and didn't look like the picture. This is exactly what happened to me. It arrived late, the stitching was poor and this was visible, and it looked cheap. As stated on the website I emailed them a complaint and asked for a returns address and refund. They asked what was wrong with the dress and asked me to send photos, which I did. I was told as they were only small problems to go to a local shop to get them fixed and that I wouldn't be able to have a refund, but I could have a discount on my next order. They explained they only do refunds if the measurements on the dress were made incorrectly and is it so hard for me to measure it to check. They are rude, liars and rip off merchants. They take photos from genuine websites and then when ordered they get someone from China to copy the design and make it but to a very low standard. They have now blocked me from their Facebook page so I can't react or comment anymore to warn others, and they delete the negative comments. So they have stolen £90 from my wedding fund and I'm stuck with an awful dress I can't use.

Iscam on their return policy. I bought two dresses for prom. Not custom order. They emailed me back asking for measurements, not thinking anything of it I sent in measurements. They did not say it would be considered custom order. Now they are not accepting my return. I am going through my bank for a dispute.

I regret to say that my recent experience with STACEES has been extremely disappointing. My sister purchased a wedding dress from your company, expecting a smooth process as promised by your policies, only to encounter a series of issues that have left us deeply dissatisfied. First and foremost, despite assurances regarding returns and refunds for "off the shelf" dresses that do not fit, we have been met with significant delays and obstacles in processing a return for the ill-fitting dress my sister received. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, including email correspondence and chat messages, the response has been inadequate and unhelpful. The lack of urgency in addressing this matter is particularly distressing, considering the time-sensitive nature of wedding preparations. My sister, understandably distraught, requires a refund to procure a wedding dress that fits properly. However, the delay in processing the return has hindered her ability to move forward with her wedding plans, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Despite our clear communication and adherence to your company's stated policy, which promises returns and refunds for unfit dresses, we have yet to receive the necessary returns label and refund commitment within the specified timeframe. This failure to uphold your own promises reflects poorly on the integrity and reliability of STACEES. In light of these disappointing circumstances, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with others considering purchasing from STACEES. It is important for potential customers to be aware of the discrepancies between the promises made by STACEES regarding returns and refunds and the actual experience faced by consumers like myself and my sister. I had hoped for a swift and amicable resolution to this matter, but it is evident that STACEES has failed to meet even the basic expectations of customer service and satisfaction. I urge others to exercise caution when considering purchasing from STACEES, as our experience highlights significant shortcomings in your commitment to customer care. I purchased a bridesmaids dress and checked all the measurements before order. Once the dress arrived the quality was really poor and stitching undone in various places so it was totally unacceptable quality to use. I immediately raised a ticket with them and sent them photo's. They have refused to provide me with a returns address, only offering me £20 credit. Absolutely disgusting service! I have been emailing back and forth with them for weeks now, and they keep telling me the dress is good, totally ignoring my requests to return for a full refund. They are nothing but scammers taking your money and sending poor quality dresses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THEM - THERE IS NO RETURNS SERVICE!! I will be reporting them to trading standards as it appears they treat all their customers like this. I have also raised a dispute via my bank as i am not willing to let this go.

Think it might be time for a call to the BBB this company is awful. They have not gotten back to me regarding a return due to a dress that was nothing like advertised size color and design were different then advertised. It appears this is common practice for them UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I ordered a $207 wedding dress that didn't fit. It was eligible for returns however they asked me to have it altered instead. When I declined they offered me $30 and told me to find another buyer for it. When I email them they reply by copying my message and pasting it back in! I am working with my bank to reverse the charge at this time. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from them!

STACEES RIP-OFF STACEES absolutely dog s@@t of a company, dick Turpin wore a mask when he was robbing people, stacees has let us down for my daughter's prom dress,we wanted to return the dress for a full refund but have been told to sell the dresses, I don't think so stacees, just keep a lookout for your summons to a small claims court in the post, also we have sent all evidence to financial ombudsman. stacees think they are Billy big balls by robbing people so I'm looking forward to our debate in the courts, I'll post a reply on here to keep the public updated, good news is people they are using a .co.uk address so go and seek advice from your local citizen advice or trading standards office like we have. but PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BIRTH. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. we did send dresses back as we got the address of return off PayPal so we have no dress or money, that's why people please go to a small claims court

SCAMMERS, THEY DO NOT REFUND ANY PROBLEMS AND YOUR SCREWED. IVE BEEN TOLD TO RESELL A DRESS BECAUSE SHIPPING IS TOO EXPENSIVE DESPITE THE "EADY RETURNS" INFO.ON THEIR WEBSITE. GOOGLE NEED TO REMOVE THIS COMPANY

This "company" is the most difficult I have ever tried to deal with! Customer service is pitiful. There is not any clear cut way to return. I spent $347.00 on two dresses. Instead of a return they offered me $50 and to "take the dresses somewhere and sell them". Only place I could take them is an old drapery store and have them hang in the shop windows. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS >>> You MUST be aware this vendor is based in HONG KONG, therefore none of the sales of goods act and UK trading laws can be easily enacted on this reseller as they immediately charge in excess of £30 for any returns, because the goods will be sent to ROW territory back to Hong Kong. We've purchased bridal dresses from them for nearly and over £100 and the quality, material and finish was all very poor - more like a £15 garment from a cost saving low price brand. When queried to return, they immediately suggested holding fees, costs and charges all at our expense despite threating legal action if not resolved. The customer service is slow, delayed, non-coherent in parts and isn't going to provide you with a solution you want without spending the entire price of the goods you purchased several times over. I cannot express enough - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, this e-commerce vendor and website is a total waste of time unless, of course, you like inconvenient surprises or wasting your money... 0 star for quality, customer service, product, brand, garment likeness to listing and overall support as it's TOTALLY misleading.
