Do not buy Microsoft Office for Mac from these people. You are forced to remove any existing Office applications you have on your Mac before trying to install their version. All your archived emails are gone forever when you do that. When I contacted support for a refund they made me jump through hoops and try to install it again. A full page of instructions was sent, including downloading the .pst file which holds my archived emails. There is NO .pst file because StactSocial told me I had to uninstall my current version of Office for Mac. There were also instructions on how to fool Mac security into accepting their version of Office as being safe. A giant kludge and a giant scam.

The most poor customer service and online sales experience of the pandemic. They do not stand by their product. They either do not reply, stall, or blame the supplier for poorly supplied and faulty products. Not sure if they've changed hands, management or policies but they are very very poor. It has been 2 weeks, dozens of e-mails, mostly unanswered to both StackSocial and their supplier and nothing has happened. The matter is now being escalated on my side to recoup my losses.

I purchased MS Office from Stack Social and it does not work. MicroSoft says that Stack Social sells Activation Codes that have previously been activated by other customers. They offered to send another link and code when I reported the problem. That code also failed to activate the sof. They refuse to refund my money. They are theives, liars and crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM STACK SOCIAL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!

I purchased a Sam's regular membership for $24.99 which included a $10 Sam's eGift card. I received the membership, but no $10 eGift card. I contacted the Support Team. They said the deal had expired and they had changed their marketing. The deal was valid at the time of my purchase and I provided the paperwork to prove it. They offered a $10 credit for more services/goods from Stack Social. This was not satisfactory. After Stack Stock made endless requests over days for paperwork to prove my purchase and offer , (copy of the sale, copy of the offer with URL of their website, copy of the email confirmation order), I realized that they were just using delay tactics and had no plans to live up to their advertised offer. I would not recommend Stack Social at all.

I purchased "PrismDrive 10 TB for life" from StackSocial for $89 turned out I got only 2 TB Had to email few times until this was fixed only to find out PrismDrive is, in the best case, a failing service (or in the worst case a scam that PrismDrive is conducting with StackSocial help) I immediatelly asked Stacksocial for cancellation and refund but I get endless replies that are just avoiding the issue with so many words and nothing of real signicficance. Avoidance is the moto of Stack Social. So far no refund! Stay Away from StackSocail and stay away from PrismDrive.

Buyer beware! I purchased a copy of Office 2021 Professional from Stack Social (via Yahoo) for $49.99. When I used the product code they provided after paying, and I followed their "Redeem Product" link, I ended up with Office 365, with a request for a subscription payment. I deleted the newly downloaded Office 365 software and tried again. Same incorrect results. I reported this problem to Stack Social Customer Support. They continue to tell me via e-mail to "try again". Three weeks later, I *STILL* don't have a functional copy of Office 2021 Professional for which I paid (proof of which is in the enclosed image). Worse yet, I was instructed by Stack Social Customer Support to fully delete my existing copy of Office 2010 Professional before installing the new software. (They said it would interfere with and/or prevent the proper installation of 2021 Professional.) Stack Social (vendor for the MS Office product through Yahoo Lifestyles) is very slow in responding (sometimes taking days to reply), and they continue to tell me to do the same steps that fail every time. I now get several errors when attempting to download Office 2021 Professional. The latest errors tell me "This program has already been downloaded", and I'm directed to a link for my "Microsoft Account". When I click on that link (mind you, this is AFTER I'm logged in), I briefly see "Office 365" (which I did NOT purchase!), and then get "We can't find your account" errors, and I'm given NO option to download any software. I've been asked to provide proof of purchase, which I've done EVERY time. Stack Social staff continue to tell me to repeat the same steps that do NOT work. I'm now in a position where I don't have use of my original Office 2010, and because Office 2010 isn't supported by Microsoft any longer, their "Authentication" steps won't work to reactivate Office 2010 software I bought new along with my [then] new computer. I have the product code and activation key for Office 2010 Professional, but the Microsoft "authentication server" says it's no longer supported and no activation key will be provided. I don't have Office 2021 Professional I purchased from Stack Social, and find myself in a very difficult position of not being able to support my clients because I can't re-install my original copy of Office 2010 Professional. Support from Stack Social has been dismal to non-existent. They are VERY slow to respond (sometimes taking days), and a resolution has NOT been forthcoming from their Customer Support people. In fact, when I *do* get an e-mail reply, it's been from different people each time. If I could give them ZERO stars (or even NEGATIVE stars) .. I would. Will the loss of $50 be serious? No. What IS serious is the fact I no longer have any functional "Office" software .. which I'll now be forced to purchase a new copy .. and I will NOT buy it from these people!! (I have no choice. My Excel files have embedded macros that require Microsoft .. which I now regret. At the time I created the spreadsheets, MS was the only program with that functionality. "Compatibles" won't work for me.) StackSocial doesn't allow "returns" of their software, and after nearly a month they STILL have not resolved the situation .. even though the mistake is THEIR fault! Bottom line: Do NOT purchase Office 2021 Professional from Stack Social. It's bait-and-switch!!

I bought a lifetime(?) webhosting subscription from an unknown company (they claim to be a startup) from Stacksocial website. I was never able to setup my hosting account and make things work according to what I had paid for. After one year and hundreds of emails to the company's technical support team, I'm still locked out of my account and cannot access my websites and data. I contacted Stackcommerce support team asking for a refund for the services that I bought, but practically never received, but they claim that they cannot refund me after one year and that I should contact the technical support of the hosting company. I requested Stackcommerce to provide all contact info of the hosting company, as there are no data available in their website or elsewhere on the net, but Stackcommerce ignored my request. I tried to call Stackcommerce in the number (415) 335-6768, but there is no live support available. It seems like Stackcommerce is a fraud. I feel so fool that I trusted my money and my whole online business to these scammers.

I ordered a software product for a Mac on 4/9/2021. I added a valid coupon code during checkout. The amount to be charged to my credit card was clearly noted and visible in my cart. That amount included the discount with the coupon code. These criminals decided it would be better for them to charge my credit card for the full amount, thus ignoring the clearly valid coupon code. When I requested a full refund from the ripoff store (despite NOT activating the software license, I was only offered a refund equal to the amount of the coupon. These people clearly are only interested in profit over principals (for which they have none). Subsequent requests for a full refund go unanswered. Again, clearly they do not intend to refund the full amount. I have disputed the full amount with my credit card company. We will see how that goes. Despite the outcome, BUYER BEWARE. These con artists absolutely do NOT honor their own coupon codes and when caught in the act, they absolutely refuse to do the right thing. They are shameful, dishonest and absolutely make no apologies for their behavior. They would rip off their own mothers for a dollar.

I was sold expired WooCommerce plugins through the third party they were using. The third party refused to refund and said the plug-ins would be updated the next week. Over a week later the plugins were still expired. They have since stopped responding to my support emails to refund my payment.

StackSocial advertised the promotion price for a product and the code on the Internet in many places. I purchased the product but applied the wrong code which they sent as well. So I did not manage to get the correct promotion price at the end. I made a reasonable and fair request to adjust the price to the promised discount. The voucher code was wrong. I sent the correct code as they advertised, or simply correct the price. The helpdesk refused to change the code. Helpdesk referred to the company policies. This is really terrible. What an awful experience! It is simply a scam.

BlackFriday PromoCode Fail Paid Full… BlackFriday PromoCode Fail Paid Full PRICE. StackSocial won't refund back to Visa payment I placed the order and enter the promotion code listed but It didn't work and when click apply then all of sudden it ORDERED for me automatically and pay FULL Price!! Yes it didn't ask me payment methods page at all!!! Took Visa payment that was recorded on a previous payment. Item: "The complete DevOps certificates courses & practice test bundle" Original $39 dollar after black Friday week discount code is $12. They charged $39 to my Visa and would not refund me. They said they can give me $39 credits back. HOWEVER, store credit can not use Black Friday code AT THE SAME TIME. So I cost me $39/each credits to pay the same course instead of $12/each!!! I am here to tell you YOU GUYS ARE BEING warned. Black Friday WEEK Discount CODE will not work and it will automatically take your PREVIOUS VISA PAYMENT information and charge to the same VISA card. Furthermore.. THey WON"T call you back nor they have a phone number to call. StackCommerce Support is worst .. takes two days to reply anything and their email called themself "Support Heroes" ???? I sent the support ticket 1 minute right away I saw they charged my Visa. It took them days to reply to me back.. Then I provided Screen Capture to proof and they wait 2 days to email me back. This is ongoing for 1 week+ already. I am not get their HELPs!

False, deceptive and misleading advertising. Bought lifetime subscription for VPN software BUT my access suddenly expired in November after 5 years. Contacted Stacksocial (aka Stackcommerce) multiple times and all I get is a "looking into it" reply while I go without a VPN. The VPN provider (not their fault) kindly extended my account for a few weeks so they can investigate and I can pursue my complaint against Stocksocial. According to the VPN provider, I am not the only subscriber who was misled (conned) so how about a class action suit? Is anyone interested? NOTE: I have filed a complaint with the BBB for Stacksocial to make good on the purchase, and the FTC but as I understand all they do is send a "cease and desist" warning letter.

Dont buy anything from stack social . We purchased degoo from stacksocial then degoo defrauded us by destroying my videos of my children's births, weddings, anniversary's and grandparents photos who have passed away!! We filed a complaint only to find hundreds of others also complained of the exact same thing!! When asked to return our priceless memories degoo refused saying their app went into our private phones and uploaded aimp music videos they didn't like and that was their excuse for destroying our private memories we paid them to protect! We turned to stacksocial and asked them to intervene after months of back and forth Penelope with stacksocials final reply was that :" so sorry for your loss but tough luck we side with the criminal vendor" basically tough luck, we dont care. want to buy more from us that we wont defend you when they steal from you?
