“On some items per your recipe book work fine but the two times I tried to cook corned beef it came out tough each time. This last time, last week the little steam valve stayed open the whole time and would'nt close so I ordered a new steam valve gadget and haven't feceived it yet to test it out. When I called your company, no one seemed to have an answer I would call acceptable. Please put a recipe on how to cook a tender corned beef in your little recipe book you send with each order as many of us love corned beef. Thank you for asking!!”

“Cut myself when cleaning it. Inside edge sharp. Didn’t cook evenly. Took much longer than recipes stated. Need to return this.”

“It is a fabulous device! Our only problem from the start has been the sliding pressure valve inside of the cover. It keeps unscrewing and falling out. This time the nut that locks it to the underside of the lid moved out of position and although we can hear it moving around in the cover, we are not able to get it to move to the hole so that we can insert the valve back in. Your tech support staff couldn't help us, so we had to buy a replacement cover. It wrecked our plans for ST. Patrick's Day dinner.”

“My pressure cooker was not holding pressure and my pot is peeling. So I called and they have me paying $9.99 for a rubber gasket that shouldn’t just come off when washing the lid.”

“Recipes were too difficult to read and understand. The website was not helpful more confused. Be out the advertisement seem like you can put everything in Frozen but it's not. Totally dissatisfied”

“No recipes for six qt size. You have to calculate out everything that you cook. It has been used only once, yep, once! So we are unhappy that things are not more simple.”

“I needed a new gasket was told that Walmart does not carry it I then went to the manufacturer and was told they don’t carry it anymore and they don’t have a gasket to fit it so I am stuck with a pressure cooker that I can’t use any suggestions”
