“Purchased Diamine ink from these people through Amazon.ca and found their prices delivered to Canada the best although selection of inks was not the best. Good customer service.
I have since located a new supplier of this ink in the U.K. who offers be a slightly better price and fantastic selection of Diamine inks, great customer service and faster shipping. I order directly from this supplier as he is not listed on Amazon.”

“Like everyone else on here, I paid the shipping for the "free" 13 inch Crystal Creative Mobile Studio.
BUT I paid through PayPal.
I got the email acknowledging my order. A few weeks later I got another email and an sms that it had shipped. I waited. I waited some more. Then I saw the reviews from people who had been ripped off months before I even ordered.
I checked their website and it had vanished.
So instead of waiting the full 6 months TSA wanted me to wait, at month 4 I filed for a refund through PayPal.
I stated that I had not received the item I paid for, provided my digital receipt and advised that the website was no longer accessible and not responding to inquiries.
A week or 2 later, PayPal refunded my money.
Check with your payment processor -credit card, bank, PayPal, whoever you used to pay these frauds - and file a non receipt complaint now. They should be able to get you a refund or return your money and go after these guys to get it back.
Don't wait. File a chargeback or fraud/theft/non receipt of goods paid for now. Ask what you need to supply. When enough people complain with proof (payment receipts and DC#s, but no delivery of goods) the financial institutions Will go after them.”

“Like everyone else here, I had hoped to be able to have a portable graphics tablet, especially since this one had a decent display screen. This would have helped tremendously with my commission work, since I struggle in working with a traditional digital tablet, but after not hearing from them for two months, I started digging and found that their site had disappeared. Now I have to wait even longer to get a similar tablet at a much higher price.
So shame on them for dangling false hope for myself and other struggling artists like me.”
“Like everyone else, I too had hopes and dreams, I dreamt of owning a portable graphics tablet since my old Cintiq is bulky and has many wires and recently, said dreams are shattered. I knew the deal was too good to be true, but I've had a few experiences where you get a bargain for your buck, in this case, boy was I wrong. I got a lovely email saying it was shipped, waited days by door for the package, and it never came. Now, I only spent $10, so I'm not THAT disappointed, but I'm a bit peeved that these guys would run off with their tails between their legs and our money in their pockets. Hopefully, karma will kick their a**es.”

“I got a SMS saying that my item was being processed back in May but no one responded to any queries I sent after. Then the site was gone, and now dealhsp is gone too. I don't think any of us will see any product or refunds. But at least these reviews are here now, so maybe others will see them and won't get sucked in like we all did.”
“Same as everyone here. I was suspicious because the cheap Mobile Studio was to good to be true. But all the same, I have gotten several products through other outlets at a tremendous discount (knock-offs or surplus items from China). Suspicious, but optimistic. Paid for shipping and the carrying case. Crossed my fingers starting in late May 2019. It would be a few weeks to get tracking so I patiently waited. By late June, then mid-July, I checked my status only to find "my order has been received (showing the current date both times, not the original date of purchase). No further updates, the website is down, and I have lost my money.
I was a fool to believe it in any way at all. Glad it wasn't a large sum of money lost, but frustrated all the same. Add me to the list of suckers who fell for this scam.”
“Same situation, ordered the "Crystal Creative Mobile Studio" 13 inch display multiple months ago. Got tracking, got an e-mail saying 'your order is on the way'. The website no longer exists though as I understand it, these people keep cropping back up with the same scam under different names. Obviously websites don't screen who's ads they're running with so many that are offering things like this as a legit deal, so it would probably be best if we raised it to Facebook/Instagram's/etc attention ourselves. That's what I'm going to be doing.
If you can, put in a dispute with your credit card company. If they can't track back to the dead website, it speaks for itself.”

“I also fell for their digital art tablet scam. Paid $9.47 for shipping but nothing ever came. I remember reading in their terms and policies or whatever that there wasn’t even any guarantee I’d get it at all. Hell, they could send me a chewed up pencil or a half-eaten 3-week-old hot dog if they wanted and I wouldn’t be able to lift a finger against them. They said that because of how limited their stock was, and because the item was free, they had no obligation to reserve exactly the product I paid shipping for.
I can’t trust this company ever again. I had some doubt about the product in the first place but I at least had a bit of faith in them. Now the website doesn’t even exist and they got away with my money scot-free.”
