“There is a great feature to chat with the person before purchasing. I really like the notes about scams and paying with PayPal, and felt very confident with the purchase. To improve, I would like to see a better filter for the names of dresses. I was looking for a specific dress from a specific brand, and it was easy to search by brand, but not by the name of the dress. I also would like to see more filters for size, with the measurements of the dress instead of just the size. Also, height is very important for dresses and it is impossible to tell the height from the description currently.”

“Stillwhite is a great platform for searching and purchasing second hand wedding dresses. There are multiple filters such as size, dress style (a-line, ballgown, fit and flare etc.), neckline so you can really narrow down the style you are looking for. They also have the option to filter your search within a km distance from your suburb which is super helpful for those who want to try before buying :) My experience using still white to buyy wedding dress was amazing, the built in message system made it easy to contact sellers and each message I received I got an email to notify me so I didn't miss out. The person I purchased from was so lovely, let me try on in her home and helped me with the bustle, etc. As i picked the dress up, i didn't need to worry about postage:) It's a great community of brides wanting their dresses to be loved by another, rather than just sit in the cupboard! I would highly recommend Stillwhite!”
