“I found Stillwhite when I Googled a specific Oleg Cassini dress that I assumed was no longer in stores due to the year it came out. Stillwhite had a seller who had the perfect size and price! Like most people would, I wanted to feel confident when dealing with unknown, private sellers, and Stillwhite makes that possible as all communication goes through the Stillwhite platform, and then protects the buyer if you choose to make the sale, so you don't lose your money if the item doesn't come or is counterfeit, like one might worry about when buying a dress privately. In my case, it was very nice speaking to the seller too. We ended up having to contact customer service to find out exactly how you initiate the sale, and Stillwhite replied very quickly and resolved this. Although not everyone would have stumbled on this step, I suggested that perhaps Stillwhite could add a link in their dropdown menu that would explicitly outline every step that has to be taken to generate the payment interface - just so both buyer and seller can see the instructions, at any point. The most important point is that Stillwhite offers an interesting, effective, and safe way to get a great deal on a wedding dress, something that should never be a negative experience. I would recommend Stillwhite as the first stop for anyone looking to buy a wedding dress.”

“I love this site. I bought one dress here and then sold another, all from lovely ladies selling and buying. The whole experience was great and (hopefully) won’t need another wedding dress BUT if I did I’d come back. Also I recommend this to any of my friends getting married.”

“I tried to sell my dress as local pickup as its an extremely heavy, intricately detailed dress and i would never risk damaging. I was forced to deactivate my account after being spammed and hounded by an overseas buyer who wanted my dress for $200aud. It's a $5,000 dress. I reached out to the staff and they didn't help at all. A staff member told me 90% of sales are international. If i had known this i would never have signed up. DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO SELL UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO RISK SENDING YOUR DRESS OVERSEAS. Really pathetic site.”

Thank you for your review. To clarify, 90% of dresses are shipped between seller and buyer, and 25% of sales are international.

“I love the idea of reusing wedding dresses, they're only worn for a few hours-a day at most. This was an amazing idea, especially if you've already tried on some dresses beforehand. I found one that I loved and tried it on twice before looking for it on StillWhite and I was able to find it for cheaper than retail price. It was a seamless process and I would highly recommend to others.”
