I ordered a vacuum cleaner correctly advertised as pristine condition. It looked brand new. Sadly some of the attachments were missing. I raised a refund request with eBay and this was responded to very quickly, with a returns label emailed within days. Shortly after I had returned the vacuum my bank account was debited with a refund. I was kept updated throughout the process so, although the item ordered wasnt right, 5* for the overall handling of it.

I bought an iPhone X max and there was a fault on it so I contacted them and a guy called James Roche answered the phone and could not apologise enough, he was brilliant and exchanged my phone immediately which was perfect. I would buy of here next time for sure. James Roche thanks a million for keeping in touch with me until my phone arrived at my door.

Absolutely amazing site. Brand new unused and immacualte iPhone SE 32GB (current model) complete in its original box with all the accessories for less than half price! The only thing wrong with the new iPhone was the box had become a little shop soiled. I was stunned by the amazing discounts available on Stock Must Go's website and the superb phone I received was delivered quickly by courier the next day. Excellent service, excellent product and excellent price. Very highly recommended.

This company makes it impossible to withdraw your money. I already terminated my business with them after An asset recovery team Againstcon.com tracked and recovered my money

I bought a Samsung galaxy phone from them. It was having battery problems and I sent it back. It was delivered but the company says they never received the item but only the USB. I have asked for a refund but they reluctant. Their customer service is zero. These people are scammers.

Very poor service from this company. Ordered a laptop, they sent the wrong model out so I called them and got through straight away. Agent said he'd send out a label which so far hasn't arrived after 8 days. I was told that they have the particular model I ordered still in stock (even though it's not visible on their storefront). Called up 1 week after my initial call and was on hold for nearly 2 hours, got to number 1 in the queue and it went to a voice mail. Left a message with order number details, went on to their website and also left a complaint email. As yet not heard anything back. I've called them for 3 days consecutively and the waiting time is just ridiculous, if you're number 5 in the queue then forget it, just hang up it's around an hour's wait. It seems like they only have one person answering the phones as it takes them 10 - 20 minutes for the (annoying) call counter to change your queue position. Very reluctant to send back the item now after reading some of the other stories here... I've no trust that I'll a) receive the product ordered OR b) will get any sort of a refund. Would be more than happy for this review website to share this with SMG if it will resolve my situation.

I've been trying to get hold of this company for the past couple weeks but the waiting time to speak to someone is exhausting. I've currently on the phone while I type this email out and have been 4th in the queue for the past 35 minutes. Also the hold voice over that states your position in the queue is annoying as she is keeps repeating the position every 5 seconds.

I wish I could leave a lower review. Please DO NOT use this company to buy refurbished items. Use ANY other competitors. The support team is no-existing, they sent the wrong item and didn't offer any acceptable solution. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Customer service is appalling! It’s obvious no team members communicate with each other. It’s been nearly a month and I’m still waiting for a refund. Didn’t receive my order from courier, have done nothing to help chase up the order. What a nightmare of a company! Numerous emails sent and the responses as ridiculous, again it’s obvious they have no logging system as no emails correspond correctly with previous and no phone conversations are logged. Would never order again from this company!

Radio not fit for purpose. No mains lead and just lots of promises that they will send out urgently. Do not buy from this company. You have been warned.

I ordered from Stock Must Go and have received nothing from the company. When I tried to email them the email address does not exist. This is definitely a scam and I hope people do their homework on this company before ordering. I am not impressed. If anyone had any ideas how to get a hold of this company that would be great. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU ORDER. I have not received my order and have had not communication. E-mail address does not exist.

This is my first and last dealing with this company. It’s been nothing but lies from start to finish. I bought a compact stereo system from them only because it was supposedly in excellent condition. It had a rubber foot missing so it did not sit right. The fabric covering on the speakers were all scuffed making it look terrible. Over the course of the weekend on testing it I discovered several faults with the unit. The main on/off switch on the back does not turn it off. It kept freezing, working only after unplugging it for several minutes. The remote control rarely worked. Finally, the main display went blank which caused the unit to not operate any functions at all, i tried unplugging it for a while but that did not work, it finally worked after leaving it unplugged overnight. After complaining to the company they asked if I’d like to return it?!!! What a stupid response. They have had it back a couple of days now and they still haven’t refunded me! As a company, they lie about the aesthetics of their items. They lie about their items being checked and refurbished to a very high condition. They delay in refunding your money. Yes you will make a saving over buying new but this is the result.

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever received. Where do I start…. On Friday AM I bought a PlayStation 4 for my sons birthday, I paid £12.95 for Saturday next day delivery as he’s birthday was on Tuesday. I waited in all day Saturday but the PlayStation did not come, I did not receive any tracking number or anything. I called the number on their website and an automated voice stated the office hours are Monday to Friday, which is crazy as this is a store you would buy from 7 days a week so you think they would have someone working, but no. I emailed but again no reply. The PlayStation did not arrive Sunday, so I can called Monday morning first thing and spoke to a lady, who was very abrupt and did not apologise once but just kept saying “I can either give you a refund or you can wait for the item, that’s all I can do” I explained it was for my sons birthday which was the next day but she was not bothered. She then stated after me protesting to find out where the item was that she would call the courier and find out as she didn’t know where it was!! She didn’t call back I had to call again a couple of hours later, she was still rude and stayed it would be there tomorrow (Tuesday my sons birthday) before 12, again not impressed as I paid £12:95 and my son wouldn’t have his present in the morning, that’s quite hard for a 6 year old. So Tuesday came, 12pm, 1pm & 2pm and nothing, so again I called stock must go, the guy was helpful and stated that he was really sorry and would find out, he called a few hours later and stayed it would be here either Tuesday or Wednesday, I was not happy as the service I was getting was not good enough, they refunded the £12.95 but that’s not the point, I bought through them as it was next day delivery. I had to now borrow a PlayStation from a friend so my son had a main present. So Wednesday comes and goes still nothing, stock must go did not call I had to call them, they stated it would be here Thursday, each time I called which was 12 times from Tuesday to Friday they mainly fobbed me off. Finally the PlayStation arrived on Friday at 21:45 hours!! A week after I first ordered it and paid for next day delivery, this could of ruined my sons birthday, if it wasn’t for a friend, the company should not offer a service that they cannot meet!! I would never ever use the company again, shocking service

One of the worst experiences I have had. I have placed an order and it got cancelled because they suspected ''Fraud''. Then I have contacted them stating that I can provide any details they would like and they have asked for ID/Confirmation of address. I have provided that and then I was told to place another order, which I did. 1 day later, second order was cancelled because they suspect ''Fraud'' and asks to confirm my card... I was paying via Paypal..Now the price of the item gone up. Obviously, people working there are incompetent, their compliance is a joke. Avoid at all cost since it is nothing but headache.

Terrible service. Total lack of communication. Received a faulty item, returned straight away and requested a replacement that never came after 10 days (although the product was showing in stock on the website). Couple of emails sent and several phone calls (and chat contacts) and finally received a refund with no explanation. Beware of this dodgy company.
