“I highly recommend the products I purchased; however, I can only give 4 stars due to the lack of a proper return policy. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to exchange the hoodie for a smaller size. Customer service informed me that I would have to cover the return shipping costs myself and then repurchase the correct size, along with paying for shipping again. Next time, if I'm unsure about sizing, I will think twice before making a purchase.”
