“At first I thought this course was quite basic but at the end of the course I saw the value of it, it all came together in the end. I highly recommend it, I feel more confident in putting in my civil service job applications now.”

“I found it quite hard to hear the tutor, so had to sit right in front of her. My laptop screen was very dark. I swapped it for one at a vacant desk, and it was fine. The pupil next to me had a laptop where the " was in the @ key and vice versa. The sun through the window was a problem, as one of the blinds had fallen off. I felt the course only really needed to be two days max. It was like a two day course stretched out to five. There was a lot of time sitting and doing very little. I did, however, gian some useful information that will help me in my search for employment.”

I managed to gain a lot of useful information which will help me gain confidence when applying for jobs and attending interviews in the future.”

“5 but really 10 out of 10. I loved the course, Tina was a brilliant teacher and I found her style of teaching easy to follow and understand. I have gained so much confiedence that I am applying for another course with Tina Larkins-Cook. The group I was with bonded really well and we had a fun time learning and supported each other. I recommend the training and will tell my job coach at the job centre how good and worthwhile the course was.”
