Un verdadero desastre, compró a buen precio, en ningún momento avisan que no has pagado tasas cuando llega hay aduana tienes una tasa de casi el 40 por ciento. Y cuando devuelves te dejan sin reembolsar 40€, vamos un auténtico robo.No recomiendo comprar nunca. Te quedas sin nada y encima con 40€ menos, una estafa.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I had to return an item because it was too big, not only did I have to pay for the return postage but as the item was shipped free of charge Stuarts then deducted the amount it would have cost them to ship to me.

The order arrived today, the jacket i bought looks like has been brushed/washed, i had to pay 60 euros of taxes not mentioned on your site. I couldnt be more disappointed

The shoes received were great quality however they were advertised as EUR43 or UK9, which is my size (every pair I've bought in the last 30 years have been this size and all have fitted) but these were at least 2cm longer than a UK size 9. They were huge. They were simply not the size I ordered and as such I was entitled to a refund. Stuarts initially refused to issue a return label, pointing to some T&Cs which infringed my consumer rights (not a good look for a quality establishment). After a few conversations with them, they decided to issue one "as a gesture of good will (sic)". When they received the shoes back, then issued a partial refund to recoup the cost of the return label. So much for "good will (sic)." Just embarrassing. For stylish shoes, great if they happen to be sized accurately - but if you have any sort of problem and need to speak with customer services, don't expect a quality experience.

Made an order 5 items well over free delivery price, I was going to be away for 2-3 days and didn't want delivery too soon. Was told I would have to pay extra for the delivery so I left it and lost an item.Bit disappointed as I'd used them often.Wrote and asked how to use loyalty points and they didn't bother to reply.

I have placed the order last 26th July and on 9th August i didin't received yet the goods. Even thought I live in Italy, usually from another english e-commerce (Asos.com) i receive my order After Just 2-Days from the purchase. I'm quite disappointed. I ordered some beige Novesta starmaster sneakers with the ecru vulcanised sole unit and toe cap — this was also clear in the confirmation of order email I received — but Stuarts shipped the beige with the tan sole and toe cap. Pretty disappointing not to get what I ordered.

I purchased a monitaly puffer jacket and sizing said 46" which is exactly my chest size but the jacket was massive..so called them and was told I was the only complaint on this so they refused to send me a free return label ..so because of bulk of jacket cost me £10 to return..not good..End ect give proper measurements to save out laying hundreds of pounds then more money and time to return and await refund..great!!!

Ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals online, received a pair but they had delivered a size larger than what I had ordered. Very frustrating as I live in Australia and having to send them back is a pain. Contacted customer service to notify and never received a reply. Very poor.
