Quick delivery. Right shoe is heavely creased. No time to send it back whitin the reguierd return policy from the netherlands..

Hi there! I bought Grenson Archie boots with delivery to Russia. I have no questions about delivery and it's timing (Russian post, new year's holidays), but I have a question about order picking. How can you not check the contents of the box before sending an order to another country? As a result, I have shoes of different color intensities. I won't bother with the return as it will take a long time, but I will have to paint one of the boots to bring it to the same shade. Regards, Evgenii

Buying the product was easy. Took forever to receive it so it became pointless to buy. Other companies I bought from had my stuff delivered within 2 days.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts …1 was marked up wrongly, so received an M instead of an XL. No major problem until I sent it back for a straightforward refund. I received a refund for the item I still had then they wanted to charge me for the postage as I had sent an item back which in their eyes meant I didn’t qualify for free postage even though it wasn’t my fault that I received the wrong item. Eventually received 3 refunds when it could have been done in 1 if they had just read the emails properly. Very disappointing

Good service. Received my shoes box was a bit of a mess. 1 of the shoes had obviously been on display some scratches on the front and the sole. The inner box hadn't been packed well either. For the money I expected a bit more.

I have been buying clothes from Stuarts for over 40 yrs now and the selection is great. The only gripe I have is the returns policy. I think you should have a free drop-off or pick-up point with for example DPD or UPS.

I recently ordered a pair of Mephisto for my son for Christmas and although I did get them for a good price when the shoes arrived the box is badly damaged. Now I know most people probably don’t care about the box the shoes come in but my son does like to keep all his shoes in the boxes to keep them in good condition but I’m not sure he’s going to be impressed with this box but I only have him to blame as he told me to get them from you .

it is true that on your site it says that there will be customs fees, however, to calculate it is too complicated ... on arrival 50 euros customs tax! too bad I would no longer order from you for this reason .. Brexit rules…. sorry guys

Although we know how convenient a free returns service would be - its just something an independent retailer can't afford in these times to offer. We sincerely apologise that we don't offer this service. When we find a courier that offers us a free pick up service we will be sure to pass that on to our customers. Until then we do offer free delivery - when you spend £75 or more, and Free International Delivery also. Min Spend applies.

Bought a pair of c17 jeans, didn’t fit but no problems exchanging them . Arrived today and the badge has been sewn upside down but need to wear them to a party so have to keep them

I have returned the item as it was too big! I am still awaiting the replacement. The returns process has been acceptable.

Product and service were great, but please consider ditching royal mail, they are useless, never try and leave a package with a neighbour or in a safe place, always have to go to the sorting office at the weekend. I know it's a relatively small thing to but it's enough to make me shop elsewhere in future!

Continúo sin saber nada acerca de mi pedido. Sólo sé que abandonó UK el 25/09/21, pero continúa "en tránsito". Eso me respondió Emma a mi correo electrónico, algo que yo ya sabía. Por tanto, ninguna novedad. Y sigo esperando. Mi primer pedido a Stuarts London, en pleno confinamiento, fue genial. Pero la experiencia de compra en esta ocasión no está siendo tan satisfactoria. Una lástima, la verdad.

Good product, quick delivery but should really consider their returns policy. The hassle free returns process offered by competitors is more appealing to me and therefore will be unlikely to order from this company again.

Timely shipping and refund on shoes that did not fit. Unfortunately the cost of returning items (return shipping and re-stocking fee - $75) make it unlikely I would risk purchasing footwear from Stuarts in the future.

Exchanges process is awkward. You have to email them and then they send you a print-only label. Otherwise fine. Shoes arrived on time and as described.
