Recognizing the urgency, we promptly reached out to their support team, creating not one, not two, but four tickets detailing the issue we were facing. Additionally, to ensure clarity, we even provided a video illustrating the problem in detail.
Despite our proactive efforts and multiple attempts to seek assistance, we were met with a deafening silence from the support team. It's disheartening to note that our last ticket, which remains unresolved, has been left untouched for the past five days. This lack of response not only showcases a disregard for customer concerns but also highlights a glaring inefficiency in their support system.
As a customer, I understand that technical issues may arise, but what truly matters is the responsiveness and commitment of the support team to address these concerns promptly. Unfortunately, in this regard, Motors theme's support fell short of expectations, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced.
In conclusion, based on this regrettable experience, I cannot in good faith recommend the Motors theme to others. A reliable and responsive support system is paramount in the realm of website management, and unfortunately, Motors theme failed to deliver on this front.”
