“Placed an order for $130, but their website wouldn't allow me to add a company name to the delivery address.
No problem, dropped them an email explaining, but was told they can't update PayPal orders.
I further explained I'm not after the delivery address changing, just the company name adding as there are multiple businesses at the delivery address - and their website wouldn't let me add a company name.
Their reply, the same as the first time - they will not even write the company name on the parcel before it's dispatched.
They're not capable of something as simple as adding a company name to an existing delivery address (not a change of address, just adding a name!).
Now waiting for my refund, I'll go to someone that can actually help customers.”
“Ordered something on expedited shipping from US to Canada paid $81 US which equals about $130 Canadian to be shipped. Tracking said it was going to be delivered by end of day Friday. Now it's not going to be till Monday. Very bad.
Customer service was garbage.
Email them. Spoke to them on the phone. Did nothing to help me out. I will not be ordering from them again.
