THEY DONT SHIP IF YOU BUY WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU'RE LOANING THEM MONEY, I placed an order on 2/1 and it still hasn't shipped. It's been almost an entire month - I've emailed them four times, messaged them on instagram, called them and they don't respond. I charged back with my back with my bank and now it's going to take 60 days for my funds to be released because they haven't even responded to my bank.

it looks like Sunika doesn't really care about any of the the nerve to put here for us to write reviews on. I like all the others here have placed an order for several hundred dollars, and have yet to receive my merchandise. after sending countless emails, social media and the one phone number I could find without a response from any of these methods. I wonder how it is that they operate this so called business. It's extremely unprofessional and now I have been forced to involve my financial institution to try and get my mom's back. if it comes down to it, best believe that I will take a flight to wherever it is at they're located and personally get my money out of the owners pocket over there. Mark My Words !!!

By far the worst store of all time, if you are expecting non damaged goods choose elsewhere, they constantly send damaged boxes, and when asked for a return you just get promised something in exchange, do your business elsewhere, even if the discount looks good, just remember the boxes are severely damaged, and the shoes get waterlogged if it just so happens to be rainy when its delivered as even the boxes they ship in are awful. Had an issue where an order was never received. at first they turned me away because they stated I didn't order "shipping protection" which isn't even an option its hidden away in the website and you have to search for it. Then after opening a claim with UPS and the claim being completed they just stopped responding completely.

Terrible staff. Had issues with multiple orders but was nice and only reached out after one badly damaged order. The staff was so rude in refusing my return that the owner joe called me directly. In this call he promised me a gift card for the troubles. Well almost a year later and no gift card and no response to me last email. This place is a borderline scam and the staff is disgraceful.

Horrible customer service, do not answer calls or respond to emails. i literally ordered over $400 worth of stuff and i never received it, and they have not responded at all. worst experience ever.

They have been falsely advertising about how they handle sneaker releases. They tell you to sign up for newsletters and text messages on their site for limited releases, but they are no where to be found on the website. Even when asked about it, they will ignore you and leave you on read. Thought something was fishy, and realized they had sold their entire stock of 2002r Refined Future packs to another reseller for above market price. Not giving anyone who was supposed to “sign up” a chance. Also horrible customer service and when confronted on a public platform, they will delete your comments. Have been in contact with some folk at NB, so we will see where this goes.

Would base this one no stars at this point. Label was created to ship a week ago and still no update. Terrible service but it seems that this is how they do business. Will never do business with them again. Need answers.

The site doesn’t filter on men’s, kids, pre-school, etc. tried to order a men’s size, and the child size arrived. When I went to return the company would not pay for shipping because this was “my fault” Embarrassing customer service

Very terrible customer service. Ordered some shoes that never got delivered now I’m getting any responses or communication. The guy hung up in my face when I asked him about replacing a pair I never got or a refund. Spoke with UPS about it and they told me they were waiting on SNEAKERZONE/Sunika Sneakers whoever to fill out the proper paperwork back to UPS. Which they filled out I asked the guy at Sunika did they fill out the paperwork he said they never got anything. Idk who to believe because if you have a person of contact that works with wouldn’t this process be done already? It’s been almost a month still getting nowhere.

I was very happy with my entire experience! They had New Balance shoes I wasn’t able to find anywhere else. The shoes were also delivered very fast.

Trust me and do not even use their website, yet alone shop with them. I tried to apply a coupon and the site placed the order instead. When I contacted the shop immediately (within 60 seconds) Joseph was extremely rude and condescending, told me to stay off their website then, and charged me a 15% fee. I'm honestly in shock over the whole experience. I buy shoes weekly and will never shop there and would suggest no one shop there. There are plenty of small business shops that value customers and this is not one.

Terrible customer service. They’ll send you a couple emails after your order thanking you for your order and asking you to reach out if you need any other assistance. And then after your order completes they’ll ask you to rate them. So yo think “cool they have good customer service” UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY TRY TO CONTACT THEM. Over 30 calls over the span of 4 days not answer. And 4 I replied emails. Ridiculous

I had bought sneakers from them twice before and right afterwards received emails from the owner thanking me for my purchase and "if there is anything else I can help you with, please reach out to me without hesitation." Just 1 week later I made a 3rd order, but accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed that same person asking if there was anything that could be done. I NEVER EVEN GOT A RESPONSE. I'm not upset that they wouldn't give me an exchange/refund, but to not even respond after being so responsive when I bought things from you is terrible customer service and I will never be shopping here again. Which is a shame for them because I would have been a really good customer.

Carries many hard to find/discontinued sneaker styles. That alone would have earned them 5 stars, but when you take into consideration that they offer some of the lowest prices around, even when everyone else is selling these for 300% markup on ebay...well they deserve 10 stars in my book!

Worst customer service ever. Don't reply to emails and orders problem can't be solved because "no return policy". Unwilling to help out customers because of their system failure. Don't recommend buying from them. As least not online.

Terrible customer service post purchase. This is the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from this company. Would suggest you definitely avoid if not US based.
