“I bought Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue perfume from Superbalist and realized after an hour the smell is gone. This was a gift set on promo and super expensive. The physical bottle looks so fake, does not have Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette on it as per the fragrance in reputable stores. Surely, there should be a policy against selling customers counterfeits and making heaps of money off it. The return policy protects Superbalist only but what about the customers entrusting that the items we buy are not fake? I want my money back!!! I will be taking this to social media and tagging Dolce & Gabbana in. I will be sending my perfume for testing to prove the fake is being sold by Superbalist and they are doing absolutely nothing about it.”

“I bought a pair of Levi's only to see that it's fake, the material of the jean is totally fake the pockets are not printed on the inside like they supposed to be. Their size 27 size is too big more like 34 Am not happy at all.”

“I purchased olaplex shampoo and conditioner from superbalist only to find out they were fake. I returned both bottles but only one was refunded because superbalist insist I only returned one. Apart from this being total nonsense they are obligated to refund me seeing as they sold me a counterfeit product. This has been going on for months now. No one phones me back. No one replies to my emails. I’m just being treated like IM the pain. I have spent tens of thousands with superbalist. And after all these years I’m getting ready to delete the app from my phone. .”

“superbalist.com Cancelled my order meant for my child's birthday. This caused a great upset and the initial delivery showed Saturday and the unanimously changed to two days later. And they later cancelled the order without even contacting me. I will never use this site and it sells less quality clothes.”

“Absolutely TERRIBLE service when trying to return/exchange a parcel. You have to drive to the collection point day after day after day, until eventually they can take your parcel. Emailing and phoning customer service doesn't get you anywhere either. All they do is "apologize forcthe inconvenience". I will definitely never shop there again!”

“I bought a pair of shoes for my husband as a birthday gift on 3 September and gifted them to him yesterday on his birthday 18 October. If you compare the size 9 sent to me to any other size 9 shoe it is far larger! Superbalist refuses to exchange them as it is after the 30 day period. The shoes are still available on there website so I see no reason why they cannot make the exchange. I am most disappointed with the service and I will be taking it further!”

“Very disappointed Hello I bought a 200ml Calvin Klein perfume which was very expensive for me but I used my savings because it was on special..does not smell like the original, very inferior quality, does not last even if I spray it on my clothes, gives me a rash , because it is a parallel product , I cannot return it. I am very unhappy with this product”

“Poor customer service. I requested a return just because the products I bought were big. It's been 3 weeks now and they haven't collected the order. When I call they mention that collection will be arranged. Now it's been 3 weeks without collection. Please arrange collection and process refund.”

“I ordered a Paw patrol trolley bag for my daughter and a 2 in 1 USB cable however I did not receive the USB cable. The bag is unbelievably dirty! You'd swear it's a hand down from someone. Even the delivery was late! On their website it says 2 items were delivered. I can't believe I wasted my money like that. I am never buying anything from Superbalist again!”

“The worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. I bought a sebago shoe two weeks ago and they delivered the wrong size. I then bought another shoe to replace the wrong one and they delivered the wrong size again today. Now I'm sitting with 2 size 10 shoes that I can't wear and Superbalist has my money but I don't have what I paid for. This is a really good example of how bad their service is.”

“I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from Superbalist on my last order. I ordered Skechers that were on special and received the incorrect size twice due to an error made by Superbalist. Logged a query with them on 3rd August. On the 5th August I was advised the following: "We will escalate the matter to our warehouse team to check the sizes at the warehouse As soon as we receive any feedback, we will revert back to you We do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused" On the 10th August I was further advised as follows: "The retail team has suspended the item from the website They are currently investigating the item As soon as they receive feedback, they will let me know and I will then revert back to you Unfortunately, they are unable to provide a timeline for how long the investigation might take Should you want to log a return for a refund, you are able to log one for the item or alternatively, you can let us know that we should log one for you We do once again apologise for the inconvenience this has caused" I have checked the website today and this item is on sale. I don't understand why this hasn't been resolved. It's so simple, send me my correct size that I ordered and take back the wrong size that was sent?”

“I'm so fed up with inventory errors. Your stock never seems to be updated. As for your perfumes to say it's fake is an understatement. It's actually pathetic like water. Absolute waste of money. Better off with a smaller brand but genuine stuff. What a ripoff.”

“I think I’m disappointed with superbalist. I’ve just read reviews below and the questions I once had got answered. I bought these white g star sneakers, then first day I wore them the g-star in the foot cushion got removed piece by piece until all gone. I did not pay much attention but I had a question like wtf. Ok time went by and then the leather started peeling off on the sides, I had questions again like why would g star do such. I’m still confused even now with the tekkie. Regarding the Calvin Klein perfume, I got it at 50% and after reading such comments I’m worried too. However, I’ve had doubts about superbalist, like on t shirts, why do they sell products that are not found on the official g star online shop.”

“Order was scheduled to be delivered today. I paid an extra R60 to have it delivered on a Saturday. Received emails saying it will be delivered before 17h00 today. It is 16h45, I have looked on the app and it says delivered. I phoned Takealot as they are the delivery partners and spoke to a very helpful Monique who confirmed that the driver delivered the package to the incorrect address. I had cancelled plans today to be available and am absolutely fuming ! How the package can even be delivered to the incorrect address is beyond me. Still waiting…”
