“So angry with superbalist. I ordered a shoe on BF, they said that the order was being processed. 2 days before the delivery date they are "out of stock". LIAR. I checked the shoe the next day and it went back up to normal price and they had stock. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. Keep your stupid 10% off. Ugly people.”

“Wrong order number with parcel and been asking to return,absolutely no help and only made it worse as I have 2of the same orders and a 3rd and money have been deducted Absolutely terrible service And still have my money as I sit with worg order!!!”

“I have bought countless times here and the service was fast and great however now I have a problem for my refund. Many calls and emails and still no refund. They say it was done. I sent my bank statement as proof that nothing was received yet they just ignore my emails and dont reply. They say they dont have managers to speak to you or call you back. Looks like they have employed thieves or plain useless staff.”

“FAKE PERFUMES. Bought Dolce n Gabana - Light blue inteñse (there was no plastic wrapping) and Elie Saab -Girl of now ( cap did not have ES writing on top of it ) DONT LET THE 40% DISCOUNT FOOL YOU. ITS A SCAM. go buy from trusted retailers IN STORE I wish i had done research before buying. I just wasted R1760”

“I wish I had looked for reviews before I purchased perfume from superbalist. i purchased the Versace bright crystal perfume on sale and as soon as I opened it I knew it was fake. The fact that they don't allow exchanges or refunds for the product should have raised red flags but we live and we learn. I'll never purchase anything from them again. if you leave a comment on their Facebook page to warn other people they immediately delete and ban you from their page”

“I bought Gucci Made to Measure Pour Homme EDT. Surely is not what I expected, the scent doesn't even last 5 seconds. Undoubtedly so, this is the fake of the product concern. I threw my money in the garbage bin. With perfumes, not certain with other items, don't buy with superbalist, their perfumes are fake. My hard earned money has disappeared into thin air. I can't overemphasise how much I'm disappointed on them but I'm very disappointed”

“I placed an order for a pare of sneakers in a UK size 7, when I received my package it was a EUR 39 (which is a UK size 6). I logged an exchange and sent a photo of the wrong shoe size, when I received the exchange it was again an EUR 39. So I phoned Superbalist and explained to them that obviously the people packing the shoes do not understand shoe size convertions, they said they will get back to me. Three days later I received a mail stating that the size I want are out of stock and I should do a refund.”

“Selling fake Michael Kors perfume without stating it is a PARALLEL IMPORT. This is false advertising from Superbalist. Now I informed them and have to see if they what happens. So disappointed. When I opened the box I immediately realized it was fake as there was a lid on the fake perfume I received from Superbalist.”

“I have purchased countless times from superbalist and haven't been disappointed once! Service and delivery is the best I've seen! The negative comments can't be true. I have had items exchanged, refunded, sizes changed and no problem.”

“I bought couch here on the 2nd of Sept by the 24th the cushion had sunken and wire popping out on the bottom. Also I barely used this couch as I'm a working student and I'm on my desk 8 to 5 after that I'm studying cause it's exam season. I've been struggling for them to assist me they sent a scooter to come fetch it then after that it was a corolla. And they know very well what needs to be collected on their email they sent me they even have a pic of the couch so how they are sending scooter is beyond me. I called them and they say they will call me back.. Or they are escalating. Nothing has happened. I've called them again today on the 30th now they are claiming that they can't assist me I need to call a different number. At this point it's like they trying to scam me so they can say it's past 30 days. But I'm a broke student earning peanuts I saved for months for that couch. I will not let it go.”

“I bought GLAMGLOW products to the value of R1448. The moisturizer was weak and runny when the texture should have been creamy. It also felt like it was expired cause it caused my face to burn and tingle. Would definitely not recommend buying this brand from Superbalist”

“Returned items worth over R1000, Superbalist now claims the items are missing and cannot be found. Still waiting for a response on how this will be resolved and it's been almost a month. Pay back my money!!!”

“Bought boy Skechers, it’s those light up ones, the charger box was empty, so no charger included(stolen out of its original box). Asked if they can send me the charger, NO- I have to return the shoes, but best part is that they don’t have a replacement pair- it’s the last one! I’m not disappointing a boy, because of your poor checks! So shocking!”
