I'm ever so sorry I wasted R1100!! I do not believe what Superbalist sold me to be an authentic perfume! It is advertised on their website as a Calvin Klein perfume and priced at the same price as other reputable retailers like Edgars, Foschini etc.

So angry with superbalist. I ordered a shoe on BF, they said that the order was being processed. 2 days before the delivery date they are "out of stock". LIAR. I checked the shoe the next day and it went back up to normal price and they had stock. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. Keep your stupid 10% off. Ugly people.

They dont deliver all parcels and do returns same time, 4 different people will be coming around to your house as various times.

i always order on superbalist the service is amazing..they make shopping online easy even with the returns. im happy with the items i bought from them

My return was cancelled and i was instructed that there is no returns and refunds on these items because they were used.

When I told him I could not receive the item on Saturday he processed a cancellation of my order and my couch was sent back to the warehouse and a refund supposedly processed.

I so far bought 3 perfumes D&G and they last long same as the perfumes from other retail stores [Dichem & Clicks], their delivery is fast, I have never encountered any problems like even now I ordered NWS NIKE FLEECE yesterday Sunday when I check the status says Dispatched, honestly I am happy with their service ๐Ÿ˜€

Poor customer service. I requested a return just because the products I bought were big. It's been 3 weeks now and they haven't collected the order. When I call they mention that collection will be arranged. Now it's been 3 weeks without collection. Please arrange collection and process refund.
