"I bought a polo Berkley clutch purse bag green, February 2023, it is only April, 2 months later and this product is peeling with general daily usage(just being in my bag), I had an issue with the way this product was delivered in aswell, wrapped in a plastic bag, with no confirmation that this purse is an authentic polo brand."

I tried to log it again and it says its not returnable, I only got the product two days ago. I want the correct product that I ordered! No feedback from support!"

"Hi bought R2700 worth of perfumes on Superbalist for Christmas gifts and they are all fake. The Eli saab le parfum last 2 seconds. The hugo boss doesnt even smell. The boxing and bottles looks absolutely legit but the perfume is definitely not original. I did read the disclaumet about parallel imports perfume but as far as I understood this doesnt mean it is fake? I would definitely not recommend buying these perfumes."

“I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from Superbalist on my last order. I ordered Skechers that were on special and received the incorrect size twice due to an error made by Superbalist. Logged a query with them on 3rd August. On the 5th August I was advised the following: "We will escalate the matter to our warehouse team to check the sizes at the warehouse As soon as we receive any feedback, we will revert back to you We do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused" On the 10th August I was further advised as follows: "The retail team has suspended the item from the website They are currently investigating the item As soon as they receive feedback, they will let me know and I will then revert back to you Unfortunately, they are unable to provide a timeline for how long the investigation might take Should you want to log a return for a refund, you are able to log one for the item or alternatively, you can let us know that we should log one for you We do once again apologise for the inconvenience this has caused" I have checked the website today and this item is on sale. I don't understand why this hasn't been resolved. It's so simple, send me my correct size that I ordered and take back the wrong size that was sent?”

“I think I’m disappointed with superbalist. I’ve just read reviews below and the questions I once had got answered. I bought these white g star sneakers, then first day I wore them the g-star in the foot cushion got removed piece by piece until all gone. I did not pay much attention but I had a question like wtf. Ok time went by and then the leather started peeling off on the sides, I had questions again like why would g star do such. I’m still confused even now with the tekkie. Regarding the Calvin Klein perfume, I got it at 50% and after reading such comments I’m worried too. However, I’ve had doubts about superbalist, like on t shirts, why do they sell products that are not found on the official g star online shop.”

“Very disappointed with Superbalist their Perfumes are fake fake fake. The smell doesn’t even last for 5minutes.Spent 3k on Gucci Memoire, Lacoste and Dunhill all of them Fake Fake Fake. Please save a bit more and go to reputable sellers, coz it's really not worth it. They do those sales knowing that they ain't selling the real deal.”

“No glory from Superbalist customer support team. By now I can't count the many times enquired about ORDER NO. 14562144. Im been completely ignored. There is NO TRACKING AT ALL not even awaiting parcels.These outfits were purchased for functions on Easter weekend. It's processing from 8th of Feb after the money had been paid out of my bank acc. Now an order I placed after this one to get a G star Raw top for a function on Easter Weekend on their sale & while in stock was cancelled & refunded cause they don't have stock of the item I purchased. I'm making an old fashion trip to the mall today to purchase outfits for the weekend. I honestly believed Superbalist valued theirs customers & would of at least given me some sort of feedback. Im no longer wish to purchase anything on Superbalist. They don't care for me as a customer at all. My business is not valued. So disappointing.”

“I'm a loyal customer of Superbalist & with great trust I pay upfront thousands of rands for our orders. I purchased apparel from G. STAR RAW order NO 14562144 on the 8th April for Easter & it's stuck in processing. This is the 3rd order this is the 4th order I'm having difficulty with. I've emailed queries to your consultants over 5 times & they are completely ignoring me. The policy of contacting me within a day is false. The order has being skipped completely & the orders after have been delivered or on its way. Now I'm concerned about the money I paid upfront I'm at a point where I simply want to return all orders within 30 days, have all my money refunded & then delete this app. Our shopping experience should be easy, stressfree & the money we pay to Superbalist upfront with trust trackable. Extremely disappointed with Superbalist & more disappointed with so call guaranteed online assistance & consultants. This is bad business.”

“Ordered a pair of espadrille wedges. Within 30 minutes of my first wearing them I had nasty cuts on my heels from the sharp metal exposed on the inside of the eyelets. Unfortunately you get what you pay for, and at half the price of competitors it’s no wonder they are shoddily made. Cheap finish is a hazard to wear. I’m going to have to wear plaster/ tape and try alter the shoe to be more comfortable (and less SHARP!) very disappointed!”

“very disappointing :( I’ve been struggling with bad skin since forever.. I’ve been saving up to purchase some products from SKOON Skin Care. It’s not cheap, for the budget I work with each month. Sunday evening I purchased my first couple of products!!! :) The excitement grew since the purchase, up until I received my package today. To me the packaging contributes enormously to the overall value, of the product. The package was ruined!! This was UTTERLY disappointing. My smile got wiped away. No attention to detail. See pictures below. You only as good as your weakest link!!! Not buying from Superbalist ever again!!”

“So angry with superbalist. I ordered a shoe on BF, they said that the order was being processed. 2 days before the delivery date they are "out of stock". LIAR. I checked the shoe the next day and it went back up to normal price and they had stock. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. Keep your stupid 10% off. Ugly people.”

“I bought Gucci Made to Measure Pour Homme EDT. Surely is not what I expected, the scent doesn't even last 5 seconds. Undoubtedly so, this is the fake of the product concern. I threw my money in the garbage bin. With perfumes, not certain with other items, don't buy with superbalist, their perfumes are fake. My hard earned money has disappeared into thin air. I can't overemphasise how much I'm disappointed on them but I'm very disappointed”

“I bought couch here on the 2nd of Sept by the 24th the cushion had sunken and wire popping out on the bottom. Also I barely used this couch as I'm a working student and I'm on my desk 8 to 5 after that I'm studying cause it's exam season. I've been struggling for them to assist me they sent a scooter to come fetch it then after that it was a corolla. And they know very well what needs to be collected on their email they sent me they even have a pic of the couch so how they are sending scooter is beyond me. I called them and they say they will call me back.. Or they are escalating. Nothing has happened. I've called them again today on the 30th now they are claiming that they can't assist me I need to call a different number. At this point it's like they trying to scam me so they can say it's past 30 days. But I'm a broke student earning peanuts I saved for months for that couch. I will not let it go.”

“I purchased an organic face serum (Hey gorgeous banish and repair serum) , this was my second time purchasing it, but when I received it some of the serum had leaked out and the bottle was sticky and was not giving the smell it normally gives kind of an off odour. I’m not sure if the leakage caused the off smell as the product has a life span of 3 months after opening and the smell was not pleasant, I was hesitant to put it in my face. The unfortunate thing was it is non-returnable product.”

“I really miss Spree... Ever since it became Superbalist.com it's been really disappointing. Not sure what the difference is. A recent example: I bought a lovely pair of slippers. Upon arrival, I find that it's two left shoes of the same slipper😕 Ive returned them... But I was quite excited for these coz they were so cute. They won't deliver to my address too. “I bought a Superbalist brand set of black winter pajamas for about R570 and judging by that price it should be good right? Well A LOT of loose threads were exposed when I got the product and more and more are visible each day. The fabric is incredibly thin and cheap and it’s poorly made. Do not buy from Superbalist.”

“I ordered and paid R4798 for two occasional chairs R2399 each on the 3rd of April 2021.On the 5th the order was cancelled and said these been an error the chairs were sold out and the will refund my money. On the 7nth I got a refund of R2399 I sent an email and attached my bank statement that I got only refund for one chair. They sent me a screenshot of what's suppose to be proof of refund for both chairs and I should wait 7days if it doesn't reflect on my account I should go to my bank and ask them to track both refunds which I did The bank said if the money didn't reflect on my statement then the money wasn't received I got back to the fashion assistant and she said ascalet the matter to finance department, I'm still waiting for feedback from them surprisingly another lady is experiencing the same thing with her refund”
