Amazing company. I needed to find places to purchase food during lockdown. I was so happy to find this website and so impressed by the speed of delivery. Definitely recommend.

Only used the online shop so far but great service fast delivery orders always complete. Some items are even cheaper than you can get direct from the producers. A pleasure to do business with.

During the height of the lock down I placed an order and mistakenly gave the wrong delivery address. Panic! But Superfood were calm and reassuring and made the necessary corrections. It was a delight and reassuring to deal with real people at the end of my frantic messaging. The order went through efficiently and speedily. Thank you!

Avoid this company. Order never arrived after over a week. They are not replying to emails as i wish to have a refund. No contact number on their website. They don’t treat people in a respectful way.

this website have a big variety of ingredients on the website, however, every time I place an order they always refund me for some of the products I order or even the total order. I think they have to improve the system of updating the stock they have.

Bad customer service, they send you a completely different product and then they refuse to help.

Customer service was poor though because they had no explanation and just suddenly refunded me when I asked about what was happening to my order which again had allegedly been sent.

Absolutely shocking customer service, was completely fine with the fact they couldn’t fulfil my order and I would be receiving a part refund of £50 no complaints with that....however to not respond to any form of communications for 5 weeks and not issue a refund I do have a problem with. Completely ignore their customers no apologies made for the inconvenience caused. Absolutely shocking company do not use.
