The terrible messy job of installing my PVC fence cost me an extra 1000.00 dollars in landscaping repairs. The dirt from every post hole was left laying in the yard next to the fence. The workers rushed the whole time. Didn't start work till about 11,:00 am and quit around 4:30. Poor communicators. Lousy work and routinely gave false information. Don't use this company.

Paid our deposit 2 months ago, never to see Josh again. He kept promising for weeks to start the job, failing the show up. He has stopped responding to my calls, text messages and emails. This is the type of tradie that you see on some special news report, and hope you never get.

This company should not be in business. They first misquoted the job. Then when I agreed to the higher amount after waiting for months and months they just did not show up at the scheduled installation time. No phone call and no show! When they finally installed the fence there were nails protruding on the side where there should not have been nails. Very dangerous. Boards that were 5 1/2" at the top and had been cut to a 3" width at the bottom!!! Due to gaps the privacy fence is not private. Gates that won't latch!!! The final insult to injury is that they have been paid if full and are now threatening to lien my property for non payment. Please know the is the first review I have ever written. Just felt others should be warned! I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau.

It is now 4 hours after their scheduled arrival time and they still haven't arrived. I had to call the office twice to find out what was going on. Supposedly the crew had to finish another job. tried to reschedule but was told it would be nearly impossible because they are so booked up. i will not use the again in the future no matter how good a job they do.

They trespassed on my protest th and destroyed my plants. When o called them about it they said it want their fault it was the homeowner because the homeowner signed a contract. This company does not care about anyone. They are only out for themselves. Never apologized to me once just said it wa a the homeowners fault because they signed the contract and are responsible for damages to my property .

Superior Fence performed an outstanding job. From the sales rep Steve Camp he outlined and informed me every detail. I would like to recognize the professional installers Julio, Juan and Sila for their hard work and friendliness. They sure were knowledgeable. From the beginning of the installation till the end they were on point. Fence came out beautiful. More than I expected. Customer Service from the whole team is a plus for me. 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Superior Fencing and Rail is my company to go too. Thank you.

In the contract it states they are not liable for irrigation. A contract that is signed by you as a homeowner. They came out to install our fence and completely pushed our neighbors sprinkler heads over and didn't fix them. Resulting in them breaking. They stated there was nothing they could do because sprinkled heads are sometimes a "casualty". And referenced the contract. Our neighbors didn't sign a contract therefore their property should not be messed up. They refuse to fix it. Sloppy work done by these individuals. If you want quality work go with another company.

First, I provided a down payment of 50% for my fence. It was a few months before the install was to begin. The install date came and noone called. I called them and was informed that there was a material shortage and they could not install my fence for a few more months. The installers showed up finally after several months. They started installing posts and then left the site (which I thought was for lunch) but did not come back for several hours. Then I called the office and was informed that they were still missing material, and that is why nonone came back. They showed up after a couple more days with the rest of the material. The ran into some issues and did not complete the fence until well into the night after it was completely dark. The next day I walked around the fence and found a hole in the bottom rail of one of the fence sections. I took pictures and sent it to the company. They refuse to correct this issue and was\nt to charge me an addition $195 to replace something that was damaged during installation. I could not have noticed this prior to the completion due to it being dark. They are not even willing to provide me with the material for free to fix it myself, even though there were several rail sections left over after the job that the installers took away. I will never deal with this company again and will ensure others know that they do not stand behind their work or product. Save yourself some headaches and go with another fence company. Seriously dissapointed.

Shortly after beginning the job, Superior Fence broke an irrigation pipe, causing flooding throughout my yard as well as the yards of both of my neighbors. When the HOA offered to send their people to fix the pipe, Superior fence declined and committed to fixing the pipe. The fence was left unfinished and in disarray as a result of the broken pipe. Four days later we had a hurricane. I contacted the owner of Superior fence for recommendations to secure the unfinished gate as well as the materials he left. He did not respond. Three days later, one week after starting the job and breaking the pipe, the pipe was still flooding my property and the fence was still unfinished. At this point I reached out to Superior Fence to fire them due to negligence and the unprofessionalism that we had experienced. The day we fired superior fence, we had a company come to fix the pipe. We had the VP of our HOA come out to asses the progress of the fence installation, and he was disgusted by the quality of work that had been done. They had used incorrect parts to build the fence and had attempted to make their own materials in some places. We have since hired another company to finish the fence install and fix the errors that Superior Fence made. We received a threatening email from Superior Fence demanding full payment for the job that has still not been completed. There has been no attempt by Superior Fence to finish the job or remedy the situation. We hired a professional to take over and finally there is a light at the end of this tunnel.

First off, the installers were great and the product itself is amazing. However, the customer service was terrible. The ball was dropped on our Notice of Commencement/permit paperwork. The sales consultant forgot to have us sign it when we initially signed the contract, and didn't even have us sign the missing paperwork until 2 weeks after we signed the initial contract. At 4.5 weeks post contract signing, we hadn't heard anything about an install date - I called, was told the hold up was permitting. They could not tell me the exact date as to which they submitted the permit information though, but we were told was "a couple days after we signed the contract". How could you of submitted the paperwork "a couple days after we signed the contract" when you didn't even have us sign the permit paperwork until 2 weeks later? We called both the county and the city to find out the paperwork had not yet been received. I called the sales consultant who was nasty with me. Using phrases, in a raised voice, like, "You need to listen to me", "Since we don't run our business the way you think we should", "We don't have time to make phone calls to our customers when the job isn't on time", "Sorry i can't hire 6 more people to make calls to customers like you and massage you through the process". As you can imagine, we were furious with how we were being treated. Regardless of whose fault it was that the project wasn't on time, we hired Superior, they own the project start to finish and are responsible for making sure it's being worked within the time frame promised. We finally got our fence installed at 7 weeks post contract signing. But, the installers couldn't install the fence where we needed it, although it was drawn that way on the contract, because it would not pass inspection. We were told to install the way that would pass inspection, then we could PAY ADDITIONAL MONEY to have it moved where we needed it (so our boat would fit ) after the permit was signed. Come time to have permit signed off on, and it was taking longer than we were told. Called the city, and the contractor never sent over the NOC paperwork required to sign off on the permit. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with the experience.

Jae and Tyler did an excellent job installing my fence. Sales rep David also did a great job. Fast, high quality, no problems at all, just what I wanted! Totally satisfied Fort Myers customer!!

Team Estaban did a superb job on my new fence in Rocklin, CA. They were sociable, knowledgeable, and had a great work ethic. The fence went up smoothly and quickly with no problems whatsoever. A very good team.

Let me start off by saying that our sales rep, Tom ,and the receptionist, Stephanie, were wonderful and tried to help us but it went beyond their control. This is a lot, but if you are considering to go with this company then I suggest you read. When the installers first arrived on Friday to our house, they couldn't read the survey left by the sales rep and couldn't figure out the measurements so my husband had to go out and spend a good amount of time out there figuring it out for them. Then, we noticed that there were no flags in the ground (to locate gas, electric pipes etc) and when asked they said they weren't sure but started anyways. Well they ended up hitting 2 of our sewer pipes & neglected to tell us about one of them until Saturday. This was because they installed WITHOUT having any of the locator flags down, which come to find out, they should have NEVER started installing without those flags and are supposed to document those flags before even breaking ground. Since the installers didn't tell us about one of the broken pipes until Saturday it was difficult to get in contact with anyone in the company since it was the weekend. Our sales rep was kind enough to answer our calls/texts and tried to get ahold of the owner, whom did not communicate with us at all. Meanwhile, we have guests at our home and we are not really able to use the restrooms because of the two broken sewage pipes. One of the installers comes to our door WITH A SAW saying that he was going to fix the broken sewer pipes(who was supposedly told to do so by the owner)....you can imagine our reaction. My husband had to go out & stop him and explain that he is clearly not qualified to fix the sewer pipes. When leaving, they for some reason decided to park in our front lawn (we live on a corner lot so there was plenty of room in the street which was actually closer) and when he left the weight of the truck wouldn't budge on our grass and he spun out his tires until they got out which completely damaged our front lawn (see pictures attached). Also, they were extremely negligent when leaving & left the water running on the hose on the side of our house with water pouring out of it, which I didn't see until 6+ hours later. We then had to call a plumber to come out who said one of the pipes are so close that they have to jackhammer the side of our house to fix it. However, he was astonished to learn that the fence company started to install without any flags down & that he isn't able to do any work without the flags because it is actually illegal. So we had to wait for the locators to come out and the plumber was able to fix it later that week . Even more of our lawn was destroyed because the plumbers (not their fault) had to dig bigger holes to be able to repair it. And again, had to live with broken sewer pipes for a week. The fencing people were able to come back and fix it over a week later than than the original time. We were extremely upset & wanted to get in touch with the owner about all of these issues. We were never able to get in touch with the owner. The sales rep was generous to inform us and communicate with us even though it was no longer part of his job description. He notified us that he had spoken to the owner and they agreed to pay the plumbing bill (as they should because THEY broke the pipes and it shouldn't have ever happened because they shouldn't have installed without any locator flags which according to the contract they are responsible for doing). He also notified us that the owner decided since they were losing money by paying the plumbing bill they weren't going to offer any discounts or reimbursement for any of the other issues we encountered. This made it very clear to my husband and I that this company and the owner do not care about their customers or doing things the right way and that they ONLY care about money. The fact that the owner wouldn't even reach out to us & communicate with us about all of our issues after multiple attempts is so unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend this company!

Superior Fence & Rail of Polk County, Inc not only erased my comment, they also blocked me from commenting again on their page. Apparently they are not keen on criticism, although they deserve every bit of it. It took them over 2 months to finish a wooden fence halfway (it was never finished) that was slated for 2 days worth of work. Amongst other issues, the gates don’t close, the posts are crooked, and when I brought it to their attention, their answer was “nothing is perfect in life”. They are not cheap, but they definitively do not live up to their prices.

Superior Fence installer Juan and his helper arrived at our house yesterday at 8:30am they stayed on the job until it was complete well after dark. They were knowledgeable,professional and kind. I would recommend Superior Fence Company.

Josh - Sales Manager shows up at my property (late) after cancelling the first appointment. When he knocks at the door he forgets to say any pleasantries. First thing Josh says.. where's your site survey? Well didn't know I was suppose to have. Josh went ahead and started measuring but wanted to know "why" I wanted a fence. The reason I want a fence seemed to be a big deal to him. Josh completed his measurements then came back to the house. Josh said we would be responsible for removing landscaping. My wife asked about a tree, and Josh said "YES ALL TREES" we can put a fence where a tree is. That wasn't the question, we only wanted to know which tress he was referring to. Josh only wanted to sell us a tree on price. I asked about putting columns and Josh said we couldn't do that because it would cost us to much money. I was confused because I wasn't aware that Josh had that much knowledge of our finances. Josh was rude, and acted like he was doing us a favor.
