“Absolutely diabolical security cameras no use whatsoever, add to that a level of customer service that beggers belief - disgraceful company with inferior equipment that would not be worth a tenth of their retail price....”

“Less than 6 months old and already my DVR 4980 has 2 cameras packed up. AVOID SWANN”

“1 star because the form doesn't permit zero. Their CCTV is very short life outside and you have no chance of getting the warranty honoured.”
