“Excellent customer service. FedEx messed up the delivery location and Sweet Flour Bakery offered to resend the order without hesitation. They were great to work with and the cookies look amazing. I purchased the fully loaded mixer and my nieces and nephew cobbled them up!”

We're so sorry to hear your order wasn't delivered as expected. Our cupcakes are baked fresh and then frozen so that during delivery, the icing stays intact. Freezing them also helps to keep the freshness locked in. With each order, we include care instructions that state they are shipped frozen and need time to come to room temperature before serving. However, we can understand it may not have been what you were expecting and we apologize for that. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

“The cookies are delicious. Although a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I have to take away a star as the delivery was unsatisfactory. The cookies were delivered 2 days after the scheduled date. I have to call to talk to someone to get this resolved. The first person I talked to was not great. The second one was really helpful.”

“We ordered these cookies as a corporate gift for our designer and contractors. The website was easy to navigate and customer service was superb. When the boxes arrived, we were overwhelmed at how beautiful they were - like Birk's boxes for cookies. There were a lot of oohs and aahs when they were presented as our gifts. We will definitely order again.”

“Best Cookies and Cupcakes anywhere – Bar none. Last week I was entertaining a family gathering of about 70 people, and we had ordered cookies and cupcakes from Sweet Flour Bake Shop. I received much praise for my choices of dessert. It is not easy to please everyone but these cookies and cupcakes did the job. Young and old, everyone loved all of your flavours (we had ordered a variety of trays). I am now a client for life. Thank you, Sweet Flour Bake Shop, your cookies made me a hero and my event was a complete success.”
