“You advertised the lead time as 2-3 days I suggest we’re fully aware that it was going to be way longer than that. An update of your web page should’ve been done straight away rather than a phone call a couple of days after I ordered. We are in a new built house and we’re desperate for somewhere to hang our washing”

“Great washing line. My wife and I are different heights and it works for both of us due to the hoist which is great. Installed it on a very windy day which may not have been wise haha. 3 hours to dig hole with a spade in the suggested shape and then concrete. 3 hours to install the rest 48 hours later once concrete had cured. Tobacco sauce on plastic handle grip to teach young dog not to chew on the handle! Going great 5+ loads later. (Easily holds sheets and 3x washing loads - possibly 4)”

“Very well made product, fits very snuggly on our clothesline. Stayed on very well in 20 k/h winds. Great to have the extra shade in our backyard. Easy to assemble and put up and take down. Our clothesline is a around 10yrs old and has gone out of shape slightly so took a little coaxing to get the last corner on.”
