I ordered a pair of tankini shorts on Wednesday evening & they arrived o Friday morning. They were exactly what I was looking for. My only negative was that the in-date voucher codes didn’t work & had to pay full price.

I ordered 2 bikinis 10 days before my holidays with a 3-4 days delivery. 7 days later I was informed there was a delay. A day before my holiday I called as I got worried and I have been told it is with Hermes and will be delivered. I told them to tell Hermes that I would go on holiday the next day and it’s crucial i get it. 30 min later the message from hermes that there is a further delay. I called swimwear again and said to contact Hermes so I can pick up anywhere.., apparently they can’t speak to anyone directly- to their own courier. I tried to speak to a person without success. Bottom line I am going on Holiday without a fitting bikini. I am furious. And not even a refund offered. But the bikini will lay in front of my house for 2 weeks and May not be there when I return.

About to check out with 3 bikinis with 25% 1st orders starting an account and got refused. I am a home owner with perfect credit and no debt. Would love to know why.

Awful to deal with, do not open an account, they offer buy now pay later, send statements with 0.00 balance and hide the buy now pay later option, you then get a statement a year later with a LOT of deferred interest! Con, hidden extra costs and will definitely not be buying from them again.

I would not reco.memd or use this company ever again. I am stuck with 2 dresses I wanted to return. No one is replying. Not evem a response from Customer Services. So very disappointed.

Refused to refund an item within 2 hours of placing an order. To cancel they told me I would have to refuse delivery or return the item. At the same time they told me that it is not scheduled for delivery until 4 days time, so why not cancel...apparently because it has gone to their invoicing team! Crazy!!

Customer service was terrible. Having paid at point of order they still insist I owe them for all items. Opened 2 accounts for some reason and payment was made to each and could it be transferred. Never use them again!

Do not shop here. I ordered 4 items. They delivered 2. They refunded 1. They played dumb regarding the other. Now I have to take them to court to get £25 refunded.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING!!! My mom ordered a bikini from them in July 2016 but had to send it back due to it not fitting correctly but somehow during ordering the bikini they have giving her bank details to Complete Savings for them to fraudulently take £15 a month out of her account since that date up until 29 march 2019 which the payments went then stopped. Can safely say we will not be using this website again since it breaches trust! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

This company is not a serious business, very poor customer service. This is an online order company, which collects quite a bit of personal details from the customer when taking an order. I have ordered clothing for over £250 with a next day delivery as it was imperative for me to receive the clothes within 2-3 days (or know I'm not going to receive them, right away). The system informed me I have been successful and I received email confirmation of the order. A day past the order due day I contacted them to find out where my order is only to be told the order was canceled and the cancellation letter was in the POST! First time ever I have come across an online company that being in possession of my email and phone number decides to mail in the cancellation letter in the post on a rush order! Completely unacceptable in my opinion.

Got two of three items I ordered today and so wrinkled they look like rags -contacted them but reply was basically they could not care less.Will not use again!

I tried to pay my balance off (as I prefer not to have credit) and found I couldn't find anywhere in my account to make the payment. Consequently they charged me 12.00 for the privilege, but they won't be doing it again, (they have just lost a very good customer)

Dreadful dreadful service. if you order and intend to keep all the items you order, you'll probably be fine, but the only two times I've dealt with this company and tried to get through their returns process, it's been a nightmare. They currently owe me £400 and, despite emails confirming the refund, I'm still waiting over a month later. Customer service reps just say "It's being dealt with" and it seems impossible to escalate concerns to supervisors. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM AVOID - they try to charge you for their mistakes I have spent so many hours explaining and explaining their own mistakes that I have no more energy. I, therefore, attach my latest email to them. Dear Mr Walker Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that you and all three of your colleagues that I have dealt with over the phone and via online chat are totally incapable of doing your job. I would, therefore, like to complaint for the following: - Firstly, you have failed to correctly deliver my order (252914) placed 10th April. Instead of item 789218WSS you have delivered item 631282WLS which I have NEVER ordered. - When I called your customer service, instead of correcting your mistake, you have extended your mistake by adding an order to my account that I have NEVER agreed to (378595). - When i received an email in relation to order 378595, I called you again to tell you you made a mistake. For a second time, instead of correcting it, you messed up further by adding THREE MORE orders that I have again NOT agreed to (378596, 379176, 379208). - A few days later i returned ALL items which you have confirmed. - Three days ago I contacted your online chat to complain that my account was charged £18 when I not only never ordered this item but returned and it showed on the system but your INCOMPETENT colleagues on the phone had charged twice (to correct your other INCOMPETENT colleagues dispatch mistake). After explaining ALL of the above for the THIRD time (this email is the FOURTH time), your clearly INCOMPETENT colleague apologised, refunded the £18, confirmed that my balance was £0 and that they would close the account. They even asked me if the reason was the poor customer service which I confirmed. Today you are telling me that I still owe you money and you cannot close my account. So, I am wondering... do they only employ totally INCOMPETENT people there as I have yet to come across to an employee that can do their job properly and that cares about customer service. So, Mr Walker, I expect AT LEAST an apology from you and to escalate my email to a manager, preferably a competent one which I doubt that you have. In the meantime, I will spend as much time as I can to share this appalling experience you and your other incompetent colleagues you have provided me and, most importantly, the scam you are trying to run charging people for things they have not agreed to. I am warning you that if you dare to charge any interest or your actions affect my credit rate even in the slightest, I will report to every single regulatory body that exists both in the retail, consumer and credit sector. I sincerely hope all five of you get sacked for your incompetence and upset you have caused.​​ Regards

Terrible customer service, i ordered 3 items and only two arrived in the parcel, two weeks later I am still waiting for customer service to investigate, all my calls go unanswered and emails are standard replies, a customer service supervisor was meant to call me and no one did. I also tried to arrange a collection and despite 5 times booking the courier no one has turned up. Avoid at all cost

Appalling company. False advertising, takes money for goods then fails to deliver, no explanation offered and no confirmation of when they will arrive. Huge con - buyer beware, do not bother with this waste-of-space company.
