I have be waiting over 4 weeks for a refund payment but have not received it and have had no update regarding my case.

They hold your card details, automatically take payment a week prior to your renewal, then take six days to refund. Answephone says they open at 8.30 when they open at 9am. They make it so hard to cancel or not renew policy, staff are rude and unhelpful. I will never purchase any insurance service from them again

I put in a complaint, requesting a refund, so far I have heard nothing, it’s been a week since, so not expecting anything now, my advice, shop elsewhere.

My recent claim for damage to my son's lap top screen was dealt with speedily and without any hassle. After making a call I answered a few questions and was called back within the hour. The Apple laptop was collected, repaired (by Apple ) and returned as good as new within 5 days. I am very happy with the service and glad I had taken out accidental damage on my policy.
