“Major problem with web site. Completed the order and debited my card but just displayed a blank screen - no order or payment confirmation. Good telephone support to sort out the problem.”

“I e-mailed you requesting assembly instructions for sat dish Your reply said assembly instruction in box .They were not The instruction in the box said go to your web site/downloads/installation also this link was in your e-mail on trying to connect always said whoops appears to be broke Regards B Knibb”

“This should have been an excellent review, equipment good,service good and a competitive price.Unfortunately, instructions not included for dish set up and although details to download instructions were included these did not match equipment supplied or what datums to use for elevation etc. Managed to work out set up but will need trial and error to identify elevation set up! A real missed opportunity, my wife works so doing this on my own is really time consuming and I was tempted to mark this as poor.”

“Very quick delivery. But missing the patch lead for Satellite finder. Also one nut & bolt missing. The full instructions need to be in pdf format for easier access, having to find an unzip programme for .rar files was a real pain. Product works excellently and is well made.”

“Hi, Thank you for your email, as yet we haven't used our satellite dish. This weekend we will be going on holiday. So far we have only put it together with a tripod ready for our caravan trip. “Product looks and feels decent quality but had an issue with poor instructions but after a quick e mail was sent, a great quality PDF arrived so issue sorted very quickly and efficiently please put new instructions in the box and on your website to help anyone in the future. Many Thanks”

“Your A5 size of instructions to construct the satellite are totally inadequate with one of the smallest fonts I have seen and absolutely no written instructions. Anyone with limited experience would have major difficulties following this picture only construction.”

“Ordered a Humax DTR2000T 1Tb from the online catalogue after discussing the specification with online chat before 15:00 on Friday. Advised Monday afternoon that the unit was not available and maybe does not even exist. Offered the 500Gb version instead, but price not competitive. Full refund provided without any hassle.”

“Received my goods on time however wrong colour cable gromit (black instead of white) also slight dent in my dish. Packaging left a lot to be desired.”

“The pre sales and actual sales provided very good advice and having paid for one day delivery the goods arrived on time. My issue is with the lack of information received with the goods. There was not a list of items in the delivery. I was also very disappointed with the lack of set up information. The delivery note indicated a web page to download instructions. These are zipped in an RAR file only downloadable to a computer the information there was not very helpful.”
