Good selection, but the functionality for responding to a proposal was limited. I wanted a tweak and the system only allowed me to reject or accept the proposal. I had to call the venue. Also the system hides signatures from venues so I was unable to verify who I was speaking with. Both seems like flaws in the system

Hi, The review was fine, the place seems okay, the only concern is the bathroom will it be cleaned because it's not fair paying certain amonut to come and notice poor hygiene in the bathroom I won't be nice thank you

I did find a venue through the site but I found it cumbersome to have to communicate through the site throughout the process. I want to build a relationship with the contact which is more difficult sending messages through a 3rd party site, I had trouble accessing the site on my mobile so couldn't always see the venue's response straight away. It's annoyong to be forced to communicate in this way.

Communication with my venue of choice through the messaging system was helpful, with timely emails when I received replies. However, the mobile design pops up an obtrusive communication star review box right on top of the chat, making it hard to type and easy to press one of the stars before you're ready to give a review. Additionally, the hello@tagvenue email is unresponsive in order to fix this issue, and I couldn't give a full review for my venue due to the earlier star mis-click.

communication through the chat with my help was a little confusing. He did not answer to my questions clearly when we were discussing about two or three venues. I am still unsure if we really have the meeting space for our meeting on Dec. 5th.

Getting a tax invoice was tedious. Upon request, Venue Manager informed to obtain invoice from Tagvenue, after contacting Tagvenue, was told to get it from Venue Manager. If Tagvenue and Venue cannot be consistent in a small matter like tax invoice, it will bring alot of inconvenience and frustration to the client. Is also ridiculous that Tagvenue website has a "I would like a VAT invoice for my booking" contact reason if Tagvenue can only provide a receipt and not invoice. https://support.tagvenue.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

Lovely space. Our room was taken by someone else due to a booking issue. This did mean we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was nice, though the plugs were so far that we couldn't really use them and the camera didn't seem to work with the tv. There was no non-dairy milk, which was unfortunate, and there was a dog running around who peed right outside our room! So very mixed experience...

It’s cheap, central and has the basics. It was fine for us. We were puzzled that we weren’t given any drill at arrival, nobody checked our reservation, told us where studios, toilets or fire escape were, rules etc. But with space so hard to find in London we were grateful nevertheless

The correct location and check in desk was hard to locate for my team. The desk staff were not very helpful in resolving their location issues.

I like the initial option to reach out to a venue but a separate portal for communication instead of emails is counter productive

The reason why I'm leaving 3 stars is because of the trouble I had reserved the space for multiple days. There wasn't an option to make a reservation for consecutive days so I had to request and then wait for my request to be accepted to book the following days. It wasn't easy to figure out how to request as you need to make an inquiry first and then do the request.

Initially, I had a really good experience with Tagvenue, they responded to me quickly and got the place we wanted booked and confirmed straight away. They responded to my messages following this quickly too. However, when I sent the pre-order for our group's food in advance as requested they didn't forward this on to the restaurant. The venue phoned me shortly before we were due to arrive to double check the numbers, as they hadn't been told the updated numbers I had sent and neither had they received the food pre-order. When we arrived, it turned out that the menu we'd been given to choose from by Tagvenue was an old one so various options weren't available anymore. Cote were brilliant about this, they gave us fizz to apologise for the mix up and allowed people to choose dishes from the main menu at no extra cost as we'd been given the wrong one. So it worked out ok in the end but led to confusion and people having to change their choices after we had all decided this in advance and after I had collated and sent everyone's choices.

Hi Emma, thank you for the attention, however, I booked three different studios just incase, and two of them got denied, however, my credit card was still charged for the two that we couldnt go to. Could you please fix this?
