“Previously used a prescription food. Amber coped with the change extremely well. If there's a problem staff are always available to assist, this was tested when she wasn't finishing her bowl, solution now having a mix of wet and dry food. Amber aged 12 is like a puppy at meal times all excited. Really pleased. Isn't as pricy as prescription food.”

The great thing about tailored nutrition is that we can customise multiple combinations of our custom kibbles to Angelina's nutritional needs. “Good reliable service from ordering through to delivery. Can add or take away items , or hold delivery . Small kibble is ideal for my dog , which he loves , he loves all the wet food , as he can be a little fussy on tinned wet food . Loving the salmon treats which I use for agility training . The dental sticks are lovely . Thumbs up from my lad and me”

“Gunnar absolutely loves this food, he is very fussy but has never left a single bit of kibble with tails. The convenience of the delivery and the flexibility of changing delivery dates and being able to pause the order if needed is great. Would definitely recommend tails.com to anyone”

“Great customer service and a great product that’s reasonably priced and does what it says. My dog Bruce loves his kibble he couldn’t get on with being raw fed so this kibble was a great alternative healthy for him and something he enjoys to have. Highly recommended”

“I have a frenchie who has been on various different types of foods/diets as she gets bored after a while. So far so good always delivered on time and order always correct. Recently offered a free trial of wet food too although restricted in the sense everything other than their beef selection contains chicken?”

“My dog loves her Tails food and she looked noticeably healthier after only a few weeks of it. Great food and fairly priced. The website is straightforward and easy to use and allows me plenty of control over my orders. “We had our elderly border on tails when she developed skin issues and pancreatitis . .it was the only kibble that didn't trigger her symptoms so we've put our one year old spaniel on tails as well now and she is wolfing down her first delivery.”

“Our dog is so happy on Tails, we'd been through a few different foods till we found this, and tbh, I got my first box on a very good deal. I wasn't expecting a lot, but, Tilly loves it. Especially the wet food. It was a bit hard to work out how to just order the wet but once I had, it was fine. Tilly has maintained an ideal weight for 18months, so,even if she doesn't always eat all her biscuit. I know she's happy and healthy. I had an issue at Christmas with a toy I ordered, I contacted Tails, and they were quick to reply and easily sorted out the problem. Can't fault them.”

“So, I’m giving Tails.com a 3 star rating for literally one reason - why can you not cancel the biscuit element of your order?!?!?! I have a very very VERY fussy Maltipoo. She lovessss the wet food and I do pad it out with a little of the biscuits which she’ll occasionally humour me by eating. However, 2kg of biscuits a month is wildly over what we will ever need. You can amend your wet food choices but you can’t take the biscuits off for one/two months. I now have bags and bags of the stuff which is annoying and wasteful. I’m contacting the customer team to check if something can be done or I’ll have to cancel my subscription purely for this reason. Otherwise, I think it’s great but if you’re claiming to be “tailored to your pet” then tailor it to MY pet. Please!”
