I am so pleased with Take My Calls. I have been with them for four months and they are super efficient. My Clients tell me that calls are picked up within two rings using my Company name and the staff are friendly and helpful. The call handlers read a personalised message which can be changed to suit your needs and I have had 100% accuracy in the messages they have taken. Take My Calls then email me immediately, allowing me to get back to my Clients quickly. My customers will never have to leave a voicemail for me again and they take comfort in speaking to a human, this has resulted in my Client base increasing ten fold. When my account needs topping up, I am reminded via email that my funds are low and the topping up process is simple as was the initial set up procedure. I could not be more happy and I would highly recommend Take My Calls who are efficient, friendly and cost effective.

I highly recommend Take My Calls!! Their professional service is excellent! They are extremely cost-effective and we are very impressed with them! As soon as they take a call, they email us all the necessary details so we can make contact with the caller, it comes through extremely quickly so we can call the customer back straight away meaning we don't loose out on any sales!

Superb customer service... you actually speak to a real person! I called to ask a few questions and spoke with Tina (who is now my account manager), she was extremely helpful and explained what I needed to know. Setting up the account was really simple and straightforward. The answering system appears very good and the price is great (the reason I swapped from another company to Take My Calls)

Simple to set up and good value. No app or online, but we didn’t often use those with our previous supplier. At 25% of the price makes this much more sensible for us.

Very quick to setup and operate. Our business callers messages are accurately and concisely emailed through promptly. The service works very effectively for us as we are in and out of the office all the time. With PAYG there are no unnecessary monthly charges when we dont forward calls.

Friendly and helpful staff, I had many questions before joining Take My Calls, which were handled in a very professional and helpful way. Any queries I have had since have been answered quickly. So far we have not had any issues with the service and are very happy to be on board. The only downside I have found so far is that amendments/add-ons can only be made between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday by the main customer services team, but that is only a minor thing really.

It has been a while since using a service such as this and what struck me is how other providers appear to have diversified to such an extent, they have forgotten core needs of a start up or busy professionals who require back up. One simply wants to know the various packages available, how much it will cost and how quickly the system can be implemented. That is where Take my Calls came out on top. This was then backed up by an incredibly efficient, professional and polite service that is now running in the background. Massively recommended.

We have used Take My Calls now for a few months and the service provided is much better than our previous provider. All messages passed quickly and accurately. And to put the icing on the cake they are 40% cheaper than the previous provider.

I have been using TakeMyCalls call answering company for the past few months, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service they provide. Having spoken to several providers, and tried to contact others who did not reply (for a telephone answering service!), the conversation with Tina at Take My Calls seemed to offer good value and excellent service. Our requirements were slightly different to many but these were taken in their stride and a script quickly developed. We have done a couple of test calls and also asked our customers who had their calls answered by Take My Calls for their opinions, all positive and reinforced the decision we had made. Their team are now part of our team and we have no doubt that we are better placed to handle overflow enquiries with nothing but an excellent reflection on our reputation.

We have been using Take My Calls for a few months now and it has been so helpful to us as a family run business. It has allowed us as business owners to have more flexability without missing calls. All of the handlers send us detailed messages from the calls answered which allows us to prioritise call backs. I would highly recomend this service to other businesses!
