“My experience dealing with Talabat customer care was extremely disappointing. They charged me twice for the same order, and despite multiple complaints (at least 10, 1/2 by calling 1/2 in writing), they continually assured me the issue was resolved when it wasn't. Despite acknowledging their mistake, they have yet to refund me. Their customer service is abysmal.”
“Very bad quality of service I am really disappointed, second time in a row with wrong order and late delivery, the app will change the time as they like to make it seem that the order isn’t delayed!
After sending complaints the response was really erupting!! I’m moving to other apps.”

“Literally THE WORST. If you’re having an issue you should be the one to reach out to them and not the other way around, and they’d still not solve it. The customer service is awful and orders could take hours to be delivered without any compensation and this is not a one time issue. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional and disrespectful, I would highly recommend using any other application.”
“No customer service at all they just close the issue without even checking. Items missing but not refunded or damaged or rotten items and they do nothing to help. Before they used to follow cases and try to solve the issues but now nothing so I will never use this service again”

“If there is less one star i will rate them. My advice DONT USE TALABAT. Veryyyyyy Bad Services. I paid 142 dirhams for Madfon and wings check-in, but the driver only brought half checkin. I send them the receipt with AED 49 Dirham but they dont do any thing just they said sorry. This will be my final time using Talabat for delivery.

This is really the worst ever service…
This is really the worst ever service provider, if you want to order food, choose other companies, they took my order for suhoor, I waited one hour and nothing was delivered, I started to speak to customer care and they kept lying saying my order is on the way, ten mins, then when half an hour passed, mentioned that their driver is taking his suhoor, then said my order is not picked up, then finally cancelled my order completely after two hours and I ended up with my family fasting without suhoor ...they even dismissed my complaint with no action and didn't bother even to give me a courtesy call, they are the worst and when I contacted the restaurant, they showed me they kept calling Talabat center for like fifteen times to send someone to pick up my meal and then they ended up receiving messages that the customer can't be resched and that they need to cancel though I have been on the line with the same lying agent for two hours trying to get my order..I have snap shots of both my communication with them and the restaurant multiple attempts to reach them during the same two hours ....lousy lousy lousy people and company ...please don't encourage them by doing business with them, there are better options who really care about their customers

“Takabat app became almost useless and not reliable especially with food orders. Support is so bad and useless and you couldn't reach easily as they couldn't help with the big problems on operations.
One of the examples my order #1460880271 in Dubai, was cancelled after waiting for 50 minutes without even calling or explaining ... just "sorry order again sir, without resolve".. repeated situation.. I am shifting to delivaroo now”
