“Worst Customer service ever experience. I placed 3 orders for Raksha Bandhan, all of them were messed up. They show beautiful pictures on the website, but what is delivered is totally different. They did not even bother to let me know that they have changed the products. Please do not use this scam company.”
“CHEATING with orders placed vs delivered and HORRIBLE customer support. I sent two rakhi gifts in India. First one had the big chocolate bar missing from the packet. Second gift was replaced by another gift half the price. The website does not give any contact info, no response to customer emails on website or FB messenger. I somehow found a phone no. from order confirmation email. This person on the other side, asked for order details and pics of delivered gifts and promised to look into this matter. After receiving all the details, the guy stopped responding to email or phone calls. Talash.com is a pure scam. Will never recommend this business to anyone.

“I have ordered rakhi hamper from talash.com for my brother. There courier partner is claiming they have delivered rakhi in his mail box and it is not delivered. May be courier partner have delivered it on wrong address or may be not. Now when i contact talash for the help they are asking me to reach UPSC courier for checking what happened and why it is not delivered. Is this why i have placed order with talash paid extra. I have paid for service which i haven't received which they write on there wedsite they and when you to regarding problem you are facing they speak about terms and condition apply just as mutual fund agent. I am totally disappointed with the service and won't recommend anyone. Pathetic service”

I m still trying to reach from many days but they are not even receiving calls.. I think they are fake, just taking money and gone...
