Said “ buy now” (blacked out when u click on it)
Said check back Nov 10th ( waited until midnight (first said available, then would not allow you to buy now. Then the next day it said “out of stock”

one knew anything about what I was talking about. Then Mattel sent me z a survey text that would not allow me to complete and send
Based on TARGET’s lack of knowledge, and false advertising, I will not recommend to anyone to shop there!”
“theres only 1 cashier, self check out limits 10 items and not always open... i give target 1 star for their lousy services, the cashier takes its time to bags things, long lines 👎🏼 target need to unlimit items for self check out and the cashier need to speed up with bagging items in bags, and cashier need to reduce their chatting time! 😡”
“I've had several issues with their website. Especially trying to either sign into it or trying to check out my orders. Today was last straw. I attempted I say attempted but never completed my checkout yet they still put a hold on MY money for never completing my order. I should charge them a fee for withholding my money. So I called 2 different numbers and got my name removed from them and closed my account. I'll pay off my credit card but I'm 100% done with this website! And target in general! As far as the phone workers they were respectful just reading off what their told to.”
“I love Target. It’s my go-to. But, buyer beware when making drive up purchases. Target does not immediately remove out of stock items from your order. Their process is to wait, then refund. This process takes several days, according to their customer service, up to 30 days. I’m not sure it would have happened had I not initiated it. I contacted customer service more than once, and they did nothing more than explain the math related to my purchase. They did not address their processes or seem to be able to see that this could cause problems for people. Getting my money returned took multiple transactions and 8 days.”
“Will not be ordering anything from Target online again! First, I ordered a package containing a vinyl record and the box was in shambles, plus the record was literally split down the middle. Then, I submitted for a replacement and they sent a CD and the system updated the order for that. Called to say I got the wrong item, and even though I submitted photos, they said their system shows a CD and not the original vinyl I purchased --- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHOTO PROOF AND SUBMITTED THAT WITH THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST!!!! So then, I get refunded for the price of the CD which is less than the price of the vinyl. Granted, I bought it with a buy 2 get 1 free special but I would never have bought a cd because of the low value so I lost in my savings that I would've gotten with the Vinyl record. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase the vinyl record from them and I said no way, I'm already out my expected savings and it's only going to show up damaged anyways. I will never purchase from Target.com again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody purchasing anything fragile as it won't be packaged properly and be sent broken, and avoid the nightmare of trying to explain to the help center because they won't take hard evidence over their system's and warehouse faults.”
“Overflowing garbage bins at entrance, more carts in parking lot than in the store, 1 cashier, 2 self checkouts open, 30 customers in line to check out. Utter chaos. Just left my cart & walked out.”
“Target is absolutely ridiculous. I'm a truck driver and during the pandemic I was so busy driving and getting supplies delivered all over America. My Red Card was set on autopay and since I couldn't manage my credit union I switched my payment to my other bank since they're nationwide. Unaware that it didn't apply for the current month my payment failed to post. Target ended up putting 2 late payments on my account. I've written, called and filed a complaint with CFPB about this error. Target refuses to rectify the entries. I had same issue with Kohls and Walmart. They immediately fixed these late payments but Target is so greedy and unfair they will not fix it no matter what. I can't wait to pay this account off and close it even though it's one of my oldest cards. I refuse to give them my business after this.”
“I love Target and I typically enjoy every shopping experience that I have ever had at Target. The employees are very friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I rarely need assistance from a manager. However, I have interacted with managers at Target and they have always been very helpful and they try to always get an answer to any question that I might have. The only negative thing about shopping at Target is that I always end up spending a lot more money than what I planned to spend.”
