Starting with the positive; Their prices are competitive and probably the cheapest on the web. Also, they offer free delivery. This is how they lured me in.
So the negatives outweigh the positives.
I ordered Siberia extreme 10pks which cost me around £33 on the 21st of Feb. The order did not arrive and instead received a card from Royal mail to inform me to pay customs charge of £37.82 in order for me to get my parcel. They ship the Snus items as chewing gum which is deceptive. Hence, why it’s been confiscated. I emailed taxfreesnus and they said it’s none of their business and that I should have read their terms and conditions. They won't refund or send a new parcel. Stay away from them. What comes around goes around.”
“Misleading website. Their website said they would ship to the UK, maximum 6 working days! I ordered snus 14 days ago and still nothing arrived. On top of that they don’t even offer a tracking service so there is no way to find out whether they sent the order or not!!”
