My mother has dementia and I saw this device on the Alzheimers UK website which recommended it. I had a couple of questions which i submitted via the website on a Sunday afternoon.They were answered within a couple of hours, great customer service. I then ordered the tracker the same evening, the order process is easy to follow and the updates received explain the process very well. The order was confirmed and dispatched on the Monday and i received it on the Tuesday. The video sent in a email to show how to set the device up is clear,easy to follow and very professional. The device is now in use with my mother so the family can see where she is at all times of the day to ensure her safety if she goes on a walkabout. All in all this is a good product,the order process is smooth and the customer service/backup is great (other companies could learn a lot from TechSilver). I highly recommend this product.

I was very pleased with the keyring tracker I purchased for my uncle who has dementia. Unfortunately, after a couple of months, my uncle had to go into a care home. I contacted TechSilver who very kindly waived the 30 day notice. So very helpful.

We had a tracker from Quicksilver for my elderly, demented Mum and found it very useful. It was easy to use and fairly quick to charge. Mum has now had to move into a care home and I was delighted at the promptness of their reply to my messsge asking to cancel our subscription. Highly recommend 😁

We were very happy with the product but unfortunately my mother ended up too ill and we had to get her 24hr care in a home so no longer required it

Bought this for my Brother who has Downs Syndrome and onset Dementia Ordering was quick and easy and the video sent explaining how to set up was easy to follow. It works well and we all feel happy that we always know where he is and can track him if he decides to wander off Great customer service

This has been a wonderful service. I purchased a GrandPad and a subscription from TechSilver for a great aunt and, although not particularly computer savvy, she loved being able to see everyone's photos uploaded and used it as a telephone to call her friends. Sadly she has lost her sight not and is unable to use it. The best thing though is how simple and straight-forward it was to buy the tablet and to set up with TechSilver. And their support has been fantastic.

We have purchased a Waterproof tracker for a neighbour with dementia who we are caring for. The tracker has been invaluable for our peace of mind, to know where he is and enabled us (and the police) to pick him up when he has wanderered out and become lost. Sometimes there seems to be a glitch with the gps in that it shows him being out when he has returned but we have been able to understand that because it's not showing him walking around. Customer service has been excellent, replies to emails within hours. A wonderful device, we are so glad we bought it. Thank you

Wonderful service. so goog to be able to talk to a person and not have to communicate with a machine. The keyboard makes it so much easier for my husband who is partially sighted. I'm sure we will come back for future purcheses

If anything too sensitive, slightest touch on surrounding keys will be recorded. Very easy on failing eyes compared to previous standard black & white keyboard.

I bought two to light up dark areas at night. They are excellent providing just enough light.

When I first went on line looking for a simple button-press radio for my Mum, who is 95, I came accross TechSilver and was drawn immediately by the thinking behind the products. I looked around and did not find a comparable radio. Also I experienced some difficulty initially on the website as we are living in Dublin and I was not able to achieve a purchase as the website was telling me that it could not be delivered. I rang the company and got a very helpful guy who came back to me very promptly with a link and all was sorted. So far we are delighted with the product. The sound is very good and i like the simplicity of it.

I recently purchased the Waterproof tracker what I can I say ! It's perfect for what I need to have peace of mind when my husband is out on his walk, the tech team are very good and helpful with anything you're not sure of. I would definitely recommend this tracker

My Dad has failing eyesight and diabetes, so numb fingers. The black on yellow keyboard has large keys and is far easier for him to read. He is thrilled. Thank you.

I’m not sure what to put. As the service was Great. Giving information was great. But when I ordered this remote control, I chose this one because it didn’t have the word Flipper on the front so I was shocked when it arrived with it plastered on the front I could have got this for a lot less money. So very disappointed at this.
