“Could not make changes to order. Was told it was already shipped half an hour after the order was placed. However it took two weeks to be delivered with no tracking. Inquires took days for a response that was always to read the company policy. Non existent costumer service of any kind.”

“Tee chip is also amzvibes. Website did not allow me to order a style I wanted. Thought it must’ve been not available at the time. Wanted ladies cut, not a classic cut T-shirt. I was willing to return for the style I wanted. They are not willing to do that. They would send me the same, classic in a smaller size. that isn’t what I wanted! I will never do business with either one of these companies again!!I they are truly not customer focused!!they are truly not customer focused Should’ve read all the reviews before I ordered. “Ordered yoga outfit for my wife Dec 1 2022, never received it until Dec 23, Was wrong size. Needed to return it for larger size. Returned it the next week, and have heard nothing from them. and today is Jan 24th. Their phone never answers. You cannot contact them , as they do not respond. Just a warning, If you order from them expect it to come by covered wagon, and if you wish, to talk to anyone at Tee Pee you may. as well send smoke signals.. Mike Locke Utah”

“They sent completely wrong size item, couldn’t use it as the gift for the specific person purchased for. Their response was we will refund you 30% Told them can not use the item because they sent wrong size and they said they had an good solution for both of us, I said what was that they said we will refund you 30% WTF”

“Update on your case "We received the case(s) you filed on November 11, 2022. I had placed an order with this corporation. Upon finding out that Tee Chip works under many aliases and has nothing to do with Native Americans, I decided to cancel my order. Within minutes of placing the order, the money was immediately taken from my account by PayPal. I tried to cancel the order, Tee Chip refused to reply! I filed the same day with PayPal who contacted Tee Chip. They gave PayPal a tracking of something the shipper had not even received yet. The sad fact of this entire fiasco is that YOU WILL NEVER KNOW YOU ARE DEALING WITH TEE CHIP because they use ALIASES to do their dirty dealing!!! So far I have received 1/2 of my order and don't know where the rest is. So, they ripped me off for $74.68 minus the amount of a cheap, canvas shopping bag with a feather on it that was supposed to be a NATIVE AMERICAN product! TEE CHIP equals FRAUD and possibly as in my case, a rip off operation and PayPal is no better for supporting them!!! 420177379374810912401187365627 USPS tracking # and it shows ONLY 1 ITEM WAS DELIVERED, but I do have the receipt and I ordered 2 items! I can forward an email showing I did order two items, but only received one! "We received the case(s) you filed on November 11, 2022. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s)." PayPal”

“I will never buy from this site again. I washed my shirt and hoodie one time, didn’t even put in drying, and screen print coming off. TeeChip would not refund my money or over to replace. Took forever to hear back from them.”

“I would like to give no stars. I ordered a t shirt and the printing was bad, blurry and no sharp edges. I requested a replacement. It came even worse! They clearly do not know how to screen print. I asked for a refund, but they will not reply. Total waste of money.”

“I've ordered from them before but it was only a poster so how can they mess that up that was 2018. I ordered the I'm not your Breakfast Taco shirt and it arrived, my fault for ordering the black but who prints black on black and not even a high gloss that would at least give it some definition but there was no Taco printed on the front as pictured. I sent an email to their customer service which directs you to submit the claim to another location but it does not recognize my order number. I can't get hold of anyone because the auto generated response from them does not respond to anything else other than to direct you to the other link to submit claim. I will file a claim through PayPal and Possibly Contact Fox and Friends to explain that the company that they were referring customers to was sending sub-par merchandise. Quality of T-shirt was really bad too. Never again!!!”

“Had ordered 2 pair of shoes and did not receive what I had ordered. What I did receive was very poor quality and was representative of something you would find on a toy doll. TeeChip would not refund my money!! I now have 4 expensive items that will be used as fire starters.”

“Poor quality. Fruit of the loom shirt for $30. Requested a return and got rejected. Fighting them through PayPal now. Don't fall for any promo or discount codes. Trash is trash.”

“Ordered the magnifier for cell phone image in Oct. it arrived on Dec and I’m only one state away from them! They mailed it in a plastic bag with one layer of used bubbles (pictured). They did this to use 1st class cheaper shipping than I was charged. Of course it arrived cracked and broken beyond repair. Same as I’ve read over and over - letters to customer care go directly in a trash bin. Escalated to Paypal who now (Jan) tell me to mail it back at my cost. NO WAY!! $36.61 is what I’m out now and I refuse to have to pay shipping back only for them to blame the breakage on me! I’ve attached photos and am still fighting with them. NEVER AGAIN! Ordered via Facebook ad.”

“The shirt I ordered had no form to it whatsoever. It hangs like a drape. Unless you happened to be shaped like a brick, it would look ridiculous on you. I tried to return/exchange it but they refused. I would avoid Teechip.”
