Emily from the customer service was very kind in helping me with some shipping problems: I had bought the EU Tracked and Signed option as I live in Italy, but after having reached the Netherlands my parcel seemed to have been lost and I didn't have any updates for many days until it was finally delivered to me. Emily offered a replacement order or a refund in the meanwhile, fortunately it wasn't necessary in the end, but she was very helpful.”
